Kupang.Spektrum-Ntt.com|| Sungguh ironi pelayanan petugas di Kantor Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Kupang. Sangat aneh sebab pintu utama yang terbuat dari kaca di kantor itu terkunci dan tertutup rapat, akibatnya aktivitas pelayanan di kantor yang dipimpin Belina Ully ini tidak berlangsung lancar karena dilakukan secara sembunyi-sembunyi melalui jendela dan pintu belakang.

Disaksikan media ini, sejak jam 10 pagi hingga 4 sore, Jumat (16/12/2022) puluhan bendahara proyek, dinas dan sejumlah awak media yang juga ikut mengurus pencairan uang kerjasama tidak bisa masuk dan hanya menunggu di luar.

Terkait alasan penutupan pintu depan dan melakukan pelayanan secara sembunyi-sembunyi melalui jendela dan pintu belakang di kantor itu, Kepala Badan Keuangan dan Aset Pemerintah Kota Kupang, Belina Ully yang dikonfirmasi sejumlah awak media via WA hanya diam dengan status terbaca dan tidak memberikan jawaban.

Tidak hanya itu, terpantau juga modus pelayanan yang diberikan petugas di kantor tersebut yakni, dilakukan secara personal per telepon dengan sejumlah pihak atau bendahara lalu memintanya masuk melalui pintu belakang.

Beberapa bendahara dinas dan proyek juga terpantau menyerahkan berkas atau dokumen pencairan uang melalui jendela yang letaknya di samping kantor itu 

Dipastikan Kepala Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Kupang, Belina Ully sedang berada dan beraktivitas kerja dalam karena kendaraan dinas miliknya dengan nomor polisi DH 332 jenis Rush berwarna hitam ada terparkir di depan kantor tersebut.

Yang lebih menyedihkan, entah apa persoalannya,, sejumlah petugas di dalam kantor itu terlihat ada yang mengendap-endap dan mengintip dari celah kain jendela dari sebelah ruang kerja Kepala BKAD yang berada di bagian depan kantor itu. (SN/Tim)
