TTS.Spektrum-ntt.com || Jaringan pipa air bersih dari sumber Bonleu yang dikelola Perusahaan Daerah (Perumda) Air Minum Kota Soe saat ini mengalami banyak kerusakan berat akibat termakan usia sehingga mengakibatkan distribusi air bersih kepada pelanggan juga mengalami gangguan.

Hal ini disampaikan Direktur Perumda Air Minum Kota Soe, Lely Bili Hayer, SE kepada media ini, Rabu, (07/05/25).

"Pipa Bonleu sudah banyak yang bukan saja karatan tapi sudah rusak berat karena termakan usia. Sejak tahun .... sampai sekarang kita hanya lakukan pemeliharaan jaringan pipa tapi belum ada pergantian pipa karena memang anggaran yang kita punya sonde cukup," ujar Dirut Perumda.

Lely juga mengungkapkan bahwa Perumda Air Minum membutuhkan biaya yang tidak sedikit untuk rehabilitasi jaringan pipa air Bonleu menuju kota Soe yang berjarak kurang lebih 58 Km.

"Kita butuh biaya ratusan juta sampai dengan milliaran untuk rehab secara keseluruhan tapi karena sumber Dana kita dari APBN dan untuk dapat itu harus memenuhi beberapa persyaratan salah satunya adalah peta jaringan," ungkapnya.

Lebih lanjut Lely menjelaskan bahwa, sampai dengan saat ini Perumda Air Minum Kota Soe belum bisa menerima bantuan Dana dari APBN untuk rehabilitasi jaringan pipa Bonleu karena belum ada peta jaringan atau Detailed Engineering Design (DED).

"Sebenarnya kita sudah dapat bantuan dari APBN untuk rehab semua pipa dari tahun 2023 karena proses untuk persyaratan lain sudah kita lakukan waktu itu bersama Bapa Sekda sebagai Ketua Dewan Pengawas, tapi karena DED atau peta jaringan pipa Bonleu belum ada sehingga itu Dana sampai sekarang kita belum dapat," jelas Lely.

Ditanya terkait proses DED yang sampai saat ini belum ada, Lely mengatakan bahwa hal itu merupakan tugasnya Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukiman (PRKP).
