SIKKA. Spektrum-ntt.com || Pasar Alok Kabupaten Sikka sepi pengunjung. hal ini bisa dilihat dari lapak-lapak. menjual yang ditutup dan beberapa pedagang yang duduk serta menghilangkan kejenuhan mereka dengan beberapa aktivitas di dalam pasar. (19/04/2020)

Salah satu pedagang pakaian, Kasih Udin kepada media mengatakan bahwa 

 dampak dari virus Corona ini pendataan mereka menurun drastis dari sebelumnya. Sebelumnya mereka bisa dapat penghasilan minimal 300 ribu rupiah dengan maksimal 1 juta lebih dalam sehari. Sementara sudah satu bulan ini mereka hanya bisa dapat satu atau dua lembar pakaian dengan kisaran maksimal 200 ribu. Kadang tidak dapat apa-apa dalam waktu satu atau dua hari.

" Kami ni sepih sekali pak. Ini hari kami tidak dapat apa-apa. Kalau dapat rejeki kami bisa dapat sampai 200 ribu, padahal sebelumnya kami bisa dapat minimal 300 ribu itupun kalau pun keadaannya sepih. Kalau pasar ini lagi rame kami bisa dapat 1 juta lebih per hari, ungkapnya".

Sementara itu berkaitan dengan himbauan Pemerintah agar selama pandemi virus Corona ini berlangsung, kepada setiap warga masyarakat untuk tetap tinggal di rumah, ditolak oleh berberapa pedagang pasar. Mereka keberatan dengan alasan tidak ada alternatif lain untuk mendapatkan penghasilan atau uang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari.

" Kami keberatan kalau Pemerintah menganjurkan kami untuk tinggal di rumah. Kami mau makan apa kalau tidak jual lagi. Ini penghasilan kami satu-satunya. Nanti kami mati kelaparan, lanjut bapak Kasih Udin".

Sementara itu salah satu pedagang pasar Alok Bapak Hanifu mengharapkan agar ada pertimbangan dari pihak bank dan koperasi dalam situasi ini. Mereka mengharapkan agar ada keringanan pembayaran angsuran pinjaman. Karena hampir pasti semua pedagang di pasar Alok mendapatkan modal penjualan berasal dari pinjaman bank maupun koperasi. Mereka mengharapkan dispensasi pembayaran angsuran sesuai dengan instruksi presiden.

" Kami minta dispensasi angsuran bank maupun koperasi, sesuai dengan instruksi presiden. Jujur saja kami kewalahan mau ambil uang dari mana untuk cicilan angsuran ni, pungkasnya".

Dikesempatan lain ibu Haja Eniyati mengatakan bahwa mereka akan mengharapkan uluran tangan pemerintah dalam mengatasi situasi ini khususnya bagi mereka yang terkena langsung dampak dari virus Corona ini.

"Kami mengharapkan ada uluran tangan dari pemerintah baik pusat, propinsi dan khususnya Bupati Sikka buat kami, lanjutnya".

Sementara itu pemerhati sosial dan juga mantan anggota DPRD kabupaten Sikka bapak Galdimus Edisius Dore mengatakan bahwa seluruh warga masyarakat kabupaten Sikka terkena dampak dari virus Corona ini. Dia mengajak kepada seluruh masyarakat agar mengawasi seluruh anggaran selama musim Corona ini berlangsung, baik itu APBN melakukan kementerian terkait, APBD satu dan dua maupun bantuan lainnya, agar tepat sasaran sesuai dengan harapan.

"Saya mengajak kita semua untuk bersama-sama mengkawal seluruh anggaran baik itu APBN APBD satu dan dua maupun bantuan lainnya yang sah, tutupnya".
