Borong. Spektrum-Ntt.com ||Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC) Partai Demokrat Kabupaten Manggarai Timur menggelar nonton bareng (nobar) Pidato Politik Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat (Ketum PD) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) pada, Jumat (14/7/2023) di sekretariat DPC Partai Demokrat, sekira pukul 19.30 WIB.

Hadir dalam kegiatan itu Ketua DPC Partai Demokrat Manggarai Timur, Lucius Modo serta pengurus DPC Partai Demokrat Manggarai Timur, para kader, serta simpatisan.

Dalam Pidato Politiknya, Ketua Umum Partai Demokrat Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) menyampaikan pidato bertema 'Perubahan dan Perbaikan untuk Indonesia Lebih Baik'.

Dalam pidato yang disiarkan langsung itu, AHY menjelaskan bahwa perubahan yang digagas pihaknya bukan untuk mengganti secara total kebijakan atau program pemerintahan saat ini

Perubahan seolah diartikan, sebagai upaya untuk mengganti secara total, apa yang sudah ada. Tentu tidak demikian. Kebijakan dan tatanan yang sudah baik, akan kita pertahankan. Kita lanjutkan. Dan kita bersyukur, karena banyak yang telah dihasilkan oleh para pemimpin bangsa, sejak Indonesia merdeka," ujar AHY, Jumat (14/7/2023).

Menurut AHY, tatanan baik sejak Presiden Soekarno, hingga Presiden Joko Widodo atau Jokowi harus pertahankan.

"Ada pun yang belum baik, tentu harus kita evaluasi, dan kita perbaiki. Inilah elemen kesinambungan, dalam sebuah proses perubahan. Tidak perlu diperdebatkan lagi," kata AHY.

Dia menjelaskan, meski Partai Demokrat mengusung agenda perubahan, tidak berarti menihilkan apa yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintahan Presiden Jokowi selama ini.

"Sebaliknya, kami justru menyampaikan penghargaan kepada pemerintah, atas semua kerja kerasnya. Kami yakin, Presiden Jokowi dan pemerintahannya, ingin berbuat yang terbaik. Kami mendoakan, kelak Presiden Jokowi, bisa mengakhiri masa bhaktinya dengan baik," ujar AHY.

 

Namun, lanjut AHY, Demokrat memang memiliki sejumlah cara pandang dan pilihan kebijakan yang berbeda dengan pemerintahan sekarang.

"Karenanya, kami menawarkan pendekatan dan kebijakan yang berbeda, kepada rakyat Indonesia; yang kami pandang tepat, untuk dijalankan pasca pemerintahan Presiden Jokowi mendatang," pungkas AHY.

Sementara itu, Sekertaris DPC Partai Demokrat Manggarai Timur, Ambrosius Don mengatakan, menyimak pidato politik yang disampaikan Ketum Partai Demokrat, AHY, pihaknya makin mantap menatap pesta demokrasi tahun depan.

Mendengar pidato Pak AHY, kami di Manggarai Timur makin siap untuk menyambut pesta demokrasi 2024 nanti," ucap Ambros.

Lebih lanjut ia mengungkapkan bahwa pidato yang disampaikan AHY menjadi motivasi dan tambahan semangat bagi pengurus dan kader serta calon legislatif Partai Demokrat di tanah Lawe Lujang. 

"Dan kami siap untuk pesta demokrasi tahun depan. Dan di rumah inspirasi inilah kami matangkan seluruhnya," ujarnya. (*SN/Epoz)
