Belu.Spektrum-ntt.com || Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Perkumpulan Alumni Margasiswa Republik Indonesia (PATRIA) Belu kutuk keras dugaan tindak pidana korupsi yang melekat pada batang tubuh Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah (Dekranasda) Kabupaten belu yang akhir-akhir ini menjadi buah bibir publik sekabupaten Belu.

Hal itu disampaikan Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Perkumpulan Alumni Margasiswa Republik Indonesia (PATRIA) Belu, Ferdinandus Naiaki, S. IP, melalui rilisan tertulisnya kepada media, Sabtu (06/04/24).

Pasca diproklamirkan sebagai sebuah negara merdeka, Indonesia dihadapkan dengan sejumlah permasalahan sosial kemerdekaan, salah satu permasalahan tersebut adalah praktik penyelewengan kekuasaan atau yang dapat disederhanakan dengan istilah lain yaitu korupsi. 

Sebagai fenomena penyimpangan sosial, korupsi telah masuk ke dalam kehidupan masyarakat serta kenegaraan di seluruh negara, baik negara maju maupun negara berkembang, tak terkecuali Indonesia dan yang menjadi penting adalah diperlukannya sebuah kewajiban lebih untuk memberantas dan menuntaskan tindakan-tindakan yang merugikan negara dan menghambat tumbuh kembangnya kesejahteraan rakyat.

Pada masa pemerintahan Presiden Soekarno, praktik penyimpangan korupsi mendapat perhatian serius dari berbagai elemen masyarakat. Bahkan Soekarno melalui pidatonya yang berjudul: Penemuan Kembali Revolusi Kita, mengutuk keras tindak penyimpangan korupsi.

Saat ini kita diperhadapkan dengan penyakit lama ini dan mau tidak mau, suka tidak suka, dugaan tindakan korupsi yang saat ini lagi marak di daerah Kabupaten Belu patut pula dikawal bersama oleh seluruh elemen masyarakat sehingga dapat terciptanya iklim pemerintahan Belu yang sehat dan bersih dari KKN.

"Terhadap dugaan tindakan pidana korupsi dana 1,5 M ditubuh dekranasda Kabupaten Belu yang saat ini sedang ditangani oleh pihak Reskrim Polres Belu, selaku Ketua Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Perkumpulan Alumni Margasiwa Republik Indonesia (PATRIA) Ferdinandus Naiaki, S. IP Siap mendukung penuh POLRI dalam hal Ini Polres Belu untuk mengusut tuntas dugaan kasus korupsi dekranasda tersebut agar dapat terciptanya sebuah iklim pemerintahan daerah Kabupaten Belu yang bersih dan ha dari KKN," tulis Ferdi.

Lanjut Ferdi, pihak DPC PATRI Belu juga mengutuk keras dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut, dengan beberapa point tuntutan, yakni;

1. Mengutuk keras segala perlakukan tindak pidana korupsi oleh oknum-oknum di Dekranasda Kabupaten Belu yang diduga mencari keuntungan pribadi dalam pengelolaan anggaran 1,5 M tersebut,

2. Meminta Bupati Belu Untuk menonaktifkan seluruh kegiatan lanjutan dekranasda dan seluruh aparatur yang saat ini sedang ditugaskan di Dekranasda sehingga tidak terjadi potensi dugaan tindak pidana korupsi baru ditubuh dekranasda Kabupaten Belu,

3. Mendukung Aparat Penegak Hukum melakukan penyelidikan yang lebih maksimal untuk mengungkap pelaku yang diduga menyelewengkan dana 1,5 M yang ada di Dekranasda Kabupaten Belu,

4. Meminta KPK RI mengusut tuntas dugaan tindak pidana Korupsi Dana 1,5 M ditubuh Dekranasda Kabupaten Belu.

5. Menghimbau kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat Kabupaten Belu yang ada, agar ikut dan berani terlibat menyuarakan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi di Dekranasda Kabupaten Belu dan juga ikut mengawal dan mendukung proses penangan hukum di Polres Belu.
