SIKKA. Spektrumntt.com || Dewan Pimpinan Daerah devisi sosial kemanusiaan kabupaten Sikka memberikan bantuan kursi roda kepada pasien cacat di Maumere, Selasa 22 September 2020.

Bantuan kursi roda ini diberikan langsung oleh jajaran kepengurusan DPD JPKP Sikka kepada kedua pasien di kediamannya masing-masing yakni Pasien Veronika Feriana dengan alamat kampung Wolonbue dusun Waiwerut Desa Waiara dan pasien Fransiska Tufan dengan alamat jalan Brai gang delapan Maumere.

Bapak Sergius Rega, suami dari pasien Veronika ketika dimintai keterangannya di kediamannya menyampaikan ucapan terimakasih kepada relawan kemanusiaan JPKP Sikka yang telah membantu meringankan pasien.

Lebih jauh bapak Sergius mengatakan bahwa pihak keluarga hanya berpasrah melihat kondisi pasien yang semakin terpuruk ini. Pihak keluarga tidak mampu mengobati pasien ke RS karena terkendala dengan keuangan, sementara yang menjadi tulang punggung dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari hanya mengandalkan suaminya yang berprofesi sebagai seorang petani.

Sementara itu, pasien atas nama Maria Fransiska Tufan mengalami penderita sakit semenjak 5 tahun yang lalu, ibu Fransiska juga mengalami penyakit bawaan yaitu penyakit ayan. Kondisi pasien semakin parah dan lumpuh total ketika melahirkan anak ke tiga dan hanya berbaring di tempat tidur saja. Fransiska ini juga merupakan pasien difabel.

Maria Erlina Marta Mete, relawan kemanusiaan JPKP Sikka mengatakan bahwa JPKP Sikka siap melayani pasien yang membutuhkan bantuan dan dampingan di seluruh wilayah kabupaten Sikka, tentu berdasarkan kriteria dan klasifikasi tertentu yang membutuhkan bantuan urgent dan JPKP siap melayani.

Yohana Audilina lele, salah satu anggota JPKP yang hadir menyampaikan terimakasih banyak kepada masyarakat yang mau berbagai terhadap sesama yang membutuhkan lewat JPKP. Pintu JPKP Sikka akan selalu terbuka kepada siapapun yang mau berbagi kasih untuk sesama.

Lebih jauh, Yohanes Jawa Tim JPKP ketika dimintai keterangannya soal penanganan pasien mengatakan bahwa untuk pasien Veronika Fereina akan didampingi oleh JPKP untuk dirujuk ke RS karena kondisi pasien sudah sangat parah.
