TTS.Spektrum-ntt.com || Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan kini dalam kondisi darurat bencana alam, karena itu DPRD TTS mendukung Pemerintah Daerah untuk bertindak cepat dalam penanganan pasca bencana. Baik itu tanggap darurat, rehabilitasi, maupun rekonstruksi.

Hal ini disampaikan Ketua komisi IV DPRD TTS, Religyus Usfunan SH kepada media ini usai mengikuti rapat gabungan Komisi di Ruang Rapat Kantor DPRD, pada Kamis (15/05/25).

Menurut Pria yang akrab disapa Egi bahwa DPRD TTS memberikan dukungan secara politis kepada Pemda dalam penanganan pasca bencana. Dan untuk rute jalan Finono dan Oenitas yang mengalami kerusakan parah, DPRD menyarankan untuk pembuatan jalan alternatif.

"Kita dukung pemerintah secara politis, terutama jalan Finono dan jalan Oenitas untuk membuka jalan alternatif karena mau paksa yang sekarang agak susah," ujar Egi.

Sedangkan terkait rehabilitasi rumah warga yang rusak akibat bencana, Egi menjelaskan bahwa kran bantuan dari BNPB terbuka bagi masyarakat namun ada persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi Pemda untuk akses bantuan tersebut.

"Khusus penanganan rumah sekarang kita bisa akses bantuan dari BNPB tapi ada syarat-syarat yang harus terpenuhi oleh pemda," jelasnya.

Adapun 4 persyaratan yang harus dilengkapi Pemda untuk akses bantuan dari Pemerintah Pusat diantaranya :

1. SK pernyataan bencana

2. SK korban bencana

3. SK calon penerima bantuan

4. SK penetapan lokasi relokasi bencana.

Mantan Pimpinan DPRD itu juga mengungkapkan bahwa APBD TTS sangat minim dan tidak bisa dipaksakan untuk penanganan bencana, karena itu solusinya adalah Pemda harus melengkapi persyaratan untuk mengakses bantuan dari Pemerintah Pusat.

"Dengan kondisi APBD kita yang sangat minim dan tidak bisa kita paksakan untuk menangani semua maka kita dorong pemerintah untuk berproses cepat secara administratif untuk mengakses bantuan dari pusat," ucap Egi.

Politisi Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa tersebut juga mengingatkan kepada Pemda bahwa pelayanan yang saat ini berlangsung di GOR Nekmese Soe bukan bentuk penyelesaian masalah bagi masyarakat korban bencana.

"Sudah 1 bulan pelayanan di GOR itu bagi DPRD bukan penyelesaian masalah karena masalah masyarakat sekarang bukan hanya kebutuhan makan minum saja tapi mereka punya kebutuhan lain dalam kekeluargaan yang tidak bisa terjawab kalau mereka ada dalam penginapan di GOR itu," pungkas Egi.

Berikut data-data wilayah terdampak bencana dengan jumlah korban terdampak yang dikantongi DPRD TTS, antara lain;

1.Desa Kuatae Kecamatan Kota Soe, yang terdampak 234 rumah dengan jumlah warga 905 jiwa, rumah terancam 113, rumah yang rusak 86, Jalan terdampak 1,2 km,

2. Desa Fae Kecamatan Amanatun Selatan, Rumah terdampak 16 rumah, jalan yang rusak 1 Km, dan yang mengancam keselamatan ada 15 KK dengan jumlah penduduk 68 jiwa,

3. Kaeneno Kecamatan Fautmolo, Rumah terdampak 12 KK, yang mengancam keselamatan ada 4 rumah dengan penduduk 20 jiwa,

4. Dusun Tuamolo, Desa Oeleu Kecamatan Kolbano ada 47 KK yang terdampak dengan jumlah penduduk 124 jiwa, dan jalan rusak 1 Km,

5. Desa Mella Kecamatan Noebana, ada 13 KK terdampak dengan jumlah penduduk 41 jiwa, rumah yang rusak 14, dan jalan yang rusak 1 Km,

6. Desa To'i Kecamatan Amanatun Selatan, ada 7 KK terdampak dengan jumlah penduduk 27 jiwa, dan jalan yang rusak 30 meter,

7. Desa Nekmese Kecamatan Ki'e data belum lengkap namun informasi sementara 6 KK yang terdampak.

Selain itu, beberapa titik jalan sumbu utama yang juga mengalami kerusakan akibat bencana longsor diantaranya titik Ajaopenu jalan menuju Kecamatan Nunbena, Jalan Kecamatan Tobu, dan titik Oenitas jalan menuju Kecamatan Nunkolo. (SN/Mega)
