ENDE•Spekrum-ntt•Com || Dua anggota DPRD kabupaten Ende dari partai Gerindra, Muhamad Orba Kamu Ima dan Maksimus Deki menanggapi terkait proses bursa pencalonan wakil Bupati Ende, hingga saat ini belum ada kejelasan.

Kedua politisi ini mendorong agar proses bursa pencalonan wakil Bupati Ende di percepatkan agar bisa membantu kerja-kerja Bupati kedepan, (19/07/2021)

Muhamad Orba Kamu Ima, mengatakan melihat kembali surat dari Gubernur Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), melalui pemerintah daerah kabupaten Ende, tembusan langsung ke anggota dewan perwakilan rakyat daerah (DPRD), sudah jalan mendekati dua tahun.

"Surat itu dari 19/09/2019 mengharapkan bahwa pihak pemerintah daerah, cepat atau lambat untuk melakukan proses pengisian jabatan wakil Bupati Ende". ujarnya.

Sementara itu dirinya mengatakan komisi I sempat menindak lanjut  secara kelembagaan, dan mengundang lembaga Komisi Pemilihan Umum Daerah (KPUD), untuk membahas terkait dengan regulasi-regulasi, proses penjaringan bursa pencalonan wakil Bupati Ende.

Berangkat dari pasal 176, undang-undang nomor 10, tahun 2016 ayat 1 dan 2. bahwa dalam hal wakil Gubernur, wakil Bupati, dan wakil Walikota berhenti entah karna meninggal dunia, permintaan sendiri, atau di berhentikan. Maka pengisian jabatan dilakukan melalui mekanisme pemilihan oleh DPRD provinsi, maupun DPRD kabupaten kota, yang berdasarkan usulan partai politik atau gabungan partai politik pengusung, tandasnya.

Hal itu dirinya melihat proses wakil Bupati yang lowong ini sudah mendekati dua tahun dan ini sangat memperhatikan sekali, apa lagi masyarakat mengharapkan bahwa dengan situasi kondisi saat ini, maka wakil Bupati sangat di butuhkan sekali supaya membantu Bupati dalam menangani pandemi covid-19. tutur politisi Gerindra Muhamad Orba Kamu Ima

Sementara itu Maksimus Deki juga mengatakan hal yang sama bahwa proses bursa pencalonan wakil Bupati Ende saat ini sangat tidak serius,

Dirinya mengatakan melihat dari aspirasi masyarakat sebagai pemilih kedaulatan rakyat meminta segera cepat di proses wakil Bupati yang sudah lamah kosong, apa lagi di dalam regulasi sudah di atur seorang bupati harus di dampingi oleh wakil Bupati, karna dalam topoksi tugas dan wewenang yang di delegasikan berdasarkan undang-undang, jelasnya

"Maka dari situ kami dari fraksi Gerindra melihat kebutuhan itu sangat urgens, sehingga dalam proses pembangunan dan pelayanan terhadap kepentingan publik, bisa atasi oleh wakil Bupati sebagai pembantu Bupati".

"Jika kedua komposisi ini lengkap maka lengkaplah itu, tetapi melihat dari fenomena yang ada saat ini maka Gerindra mendorong agar proses pemilihan wakil Bupati dengan secepatnya", ungkap Maksimus Deki
