TTS.Spektrum-ntt.com || Akhir-akhir ini dihebohkan dengan tagar kabur aja dulu yang merupakan ungkapan kekecewaan WNI terhadap kondisi ekonomi, sosial, dan keadilan di dalam negeri yang dianggap semakin carut-marut, termasuk soal pemangkasan anggaran. (tempo.co : 17 Februari 2025) terutama di kalangan kaum muda dan pencaker.

 

Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), pada tahun 2024 jumlah pengangguran di Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) mengalami peningkatan. Data bulan Februari 2024, Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka (TPT) sebesar 3,17%, Jumlah angkatan kerja sebanyak 3,99 juta orang, Jumlah penduduk yang bekerja sebanyak 2,96 juta orang, sesuai data BPS tahun 2024 jika di terapkan di tahun 2025 dengan aturan beberapa pegawai honorer yang dirumahkan, dan diawal tahun ekonomi lesu dengan daya beli masyarakat menurun maka angka angkatan kerja akan meningkat begitupun angka pengangguran akan meningkat.

 

Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan akan mengalami hal yang kurang lebih sama dengan keadaan provinsi dan nasional, maka pemerintah daerah dituntut untuk mencari sumber-sumber pendapatan yang dapat memacu laju pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan. Pemimpin baru diharapkan dapat memecahkan masalah-masalah yang yang mungkin akan muncul di masa kepemimpinan 5 tahun kedepan, salah satunya adalah lapangan pekerjaan bagi angkatan kerja yang kian meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.

 

Untuk mewujudkan Asta Cita Presiden Prabowo ke-3 yakni; "Meningkatkan lapangan kerja yang berkualitas, mendorong kewirausahaan, mengembangkan industri kreatif, dan melanjutkan pengembangan infrastruktur", maka sektor pertanian dan pariwisata dapat menjadi ujung tombak dan bisa menjadi program strategis Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan 5 tahun ke depan dimana sektor pertanian sudah menjadi sektor utama sebelumnya. Namun perlu ditingkatkan SDM dalam kelompok pertanian seperti menajemen konflik dan pengelolaan keuangan, di sektor pariwisata pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan memiliki banyak potensi yang dapat dikembangkan dan dapat menyerap banyak lapangan pekerjaan namun pemerintah daerah perlu menyiapkan SDM yang memadai seperti halnya kelompok pertanian di pariwisata pun perlu adanya pelatihan manejemen konflik, administrasi dan pengelolaan keuangan.

Untuk fenomena tagar kabur aja dulu di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah karena menjadi salah satu penyumbang tenaga kerja terbanyak di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) namun pemerintah daerah perlu meningkatkan kecakapan kerja dari tenaga kerja, contohnya; menyediakan layanan pelatihan yang sesuai dengan permintaan sehingga PJTKI yang akan merekrut dapat di sesuaikan dengan pelatihan yang disediakan, hal ini menjadi barometer untuk kabupaten tetangga dan bisa menjadi salah satu sumber pendapatan daerah.
