Kupang.SpektrumNtt.com || Gabungan Komisi DPRD Kota Kupang menyetujui Rancangan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran (KUA) Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Kota Kupang Tahun Anggaran 2022 serta Rancangan Prioritas Dan Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Tahun Anggaran 2022.

Persetujuan tersebut disampaikan Sekretaris Gabungan Komisi DPRD Kota Kupang, A. A. Ayu Witari P. Tallo, SE, dalam rapat paripurna DPRD Kota Kupang dengan agenda laporan hasil pembahasan komisi terhadap rancangan kebijakan umum APBD Kota Kupang dan rancangan PPAS tahun anggaran 2022, yang berlangsung di ruang sidang utama DPRD Kota Kupang, Sabtu (27/11). 

Rapat paripurna dipimpin oleh Ketua DPRD Kota Kupang, Yeskiel Loudoe, S. Sos, didampingi Wakil Ketua I, Padron Paulus dan Wakil Ketua II, Christian S. Baitanu, SH, MH serta segenap anggota DPRD Kota Kupang. Turut hadir Sekretaris Daerah Kota Kupang, Fahrensy P. Funay, SE, M.Si bersama para Asisten Sekda dan seluruh pimpinan perangkat daerah lingkup Kota Kupang serta para camat. 

Dalam laporan gabungan komisi yang dibacakannya, politisi Partai Gerindra itu menyampaikan beberapa catatan yang perlu diperhatikan pemerintah. Di antaranya pemerintah diharapkan dapat melakukan evaluasi terhadap proses perijinan yang berliku-liku dan terkesan menciptakan birokrasi yang panjang agar dapat dipangkas menjadi lebih sederhana sehingga memudahkan proses pengurusan perijinan yang berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan daerah Kota Kupang.

Terkait dengan pengenaan pajak air tanah, gabungan komisi minta kepada pemerintah agar dapat dipersiapkan secara baik melalui perencanaan yang cermat sehingga dapat dijadikan sumber pendapatan daerah yang baru. Sementara itu dalam rangka optimalisasi penerimaan pajak daerah, pemerintah diminta untuk melakukan pengawasan dan monitoring sekaligus memaksimalkan tapping box yang telah terpasang pada wajib pajak sehingga dapat mencegah kebocoran penyetoran pajak daerah yang bisa terjadi.

Ayu menambahkan terkait dengan ekstensifikasi pendapatan daerah, pemerintah diminta untuk segera melakukan inventarisasi terhadap obyek-obyek sumber pendapatan daerah yang belum tersentuh untuk dipertimbangkan dan ditetapkan sebagai obyek pajak baru sehingga peningkatan pendapatan daerah dapat secara maksimal dilaksanakan. Selain itu dalam rangka peningkatan pendapatan daerah dari sektor dana bagi hasil, pemerintah diharapkan untuk berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah provinsi terkait dengan proporsi pembagian dana bagi hasil bagi kabupaten/kota agar dilaksanakan berlandaskan asas keadilan. *PKP_ans
