Spektrum-ntt.com || Kepala Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Pemukimam (PRKP) Kabupaten TTS mengirim Tim Dinas ke Desa Oinlasi, Kecamatan Amanatun Selatan, Kabupaten TTS, pada Kamis (02/04/2020) untuk mengecek masalah mandeknya program pekerjaan WC sehat yang sempat viral melalui postingan akun Facebook bernama Bimbo Yanri Missa di group Pemuda TTS per tanggal 29/03/2020. Kepada media di ruang kerjanya, Jacob Benu, ST.MT. yang adalah Kadis PRKP mengatakan bahwa pengerjaan WC sehat yang hingga kini belum kelar merupakan program Septik Komunal tahun 2017 yang di kerjakan oleh masyarakat sendiri, yakni Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM). "Itu Program Septik Komunal yang di kerjakan oleh masyarakat sendiri. Karena ada Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) di Desa," Kata Benu, Tim Dinas sudah beberapa kali turun ke lokasi untuk mediasi dan pihak KSM sendiri sudah berjanji untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut namun hingga kini belum di lanjutkan. "Bahkan saya sendiri  juga turun pada tahun lalu bersama Tim kemudian rapat dengan Kepala Desa dan  pihak KSM sehingga mereka janji untuk selesaikan pekerjaan yang belum tuntas. Tapi ternyata sampai sekarang juga belum," Kadis PRKP memberikan kesempatan terakhir pada Pihak KSM hingga akhir April 2020 untuk menyelesaikan program pekerjaan yang belum tuntas. "Hari ini Tim Dinas turun ke lokasi untuk memberikan kesempatan terakhir kepada pihak KSM. Kalau sampai dengan April selesai dan pekerjaan itu belum selesai juga maka pasti ada upaya lain yang kami tempuh," tegas-Nya Benu merasa Bertanggung jawab sebagai lembaga tapi proses pekerjaan di lapangan semua bergantung kepada pihak pekerja dalam hal ini masyarakat sendiri. "Walaupun tahun 2017 lalu saya belum menjabat Kadis di sini tapi secara lembaga saya bertanggung jawab ketika muncul postingan di group Facebook. Saya juga terganggu. Tapi saya pastikan orang Dinas tidak makan uang sepeser pun. Semua uang ada di masyarakat dan di kelola oleh mereka sendiri," Namun Kadis juga menyebut bahwa ada anggaran sisa yang masih ada di Dinas dan belum di cairkan. "Ada anggaran mereka yang masih sisa di sini dan belum cair. Tapi mereka harus buatkan SPJ dulu baru dana tahap akhir bisa cair. Sepanjang mereka tidak buat SPJ saya tidak layani," Pungkas-Nya.
