ENDE .Spektrum-ntt.com ||Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (KEJATI) Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) akan lakukan evaluasi secara menyeluruh kinerja Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Ende, dan memastikan para Kajari harus bisa menciptakan iklim yang bersih dari Korupsi Kolusi dan Nepotisme (KKN)

Hal ini dikatakan Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) Dr. Yulianto, SH. MH kepada sejumlah awak media, di kantor Kejaksaan Negeri Ende ketika melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Ende pada rabu (16/09/2020)

Menurut Yulianto evaluasi akan dilakukan perbidang, yakni bidang Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) sudah berapa kasus yang dilakukan penindakan dan berapa kasus yang sudah dipulihkan

Sementara dibidang Intel akan dievaluasi sejauh mana program kerja yang dilaksanakan seperti penyuluhan hukum, melalui kegiatan jaksa masuk sekolah, dialog jaksa menyapa serta bidang datun juga akan dicek berapa SKKnya serta berapa MoU yang berhasil ditandatangani dengan pihak ketiga

Sementara itu ketika ditanya soal kasus Spam yang di tangani oleh Kejaksaan Negeri Ende, Yulianto mengatakan 

"Itu juga yang akan kita evaluasi, sudah sejauh mana kasusnya, bagaimana SOPnya, ada berapa kasus yang menjadi aduan masyarakat, dalam menangani perkara ini bisa cepat, bisa juga lambat, tergantung dengan tingkat kesulitan di lapangan dan bukti bukti yang ada" Ungkapnya

Untuk saat ini kita sedang menangani beberapa kasus korupsi di NTT yang nilainya ratusan Milyar, kasus Spam yang nilainya 33 Milyar menjadi bagian dari kinerja Kejari Ende yang akan kita evaluasi, disini pentingnya evaluasi

"Kasus korupsi di NTT yang sudah di tangani oleh Kajari maupun Kajati tidak akan dihentikan, ini hanya soal skala prioritas mana yang tingkat kerugian negaranya lebih besar" Papar Dr. Yulianto, SH. MH

Arah kebijakan penyidikan dan penyelidikan perkara korupsi sudah di tetapkan pertama bukan terhadap jumlah perkaranya atau jumlah tersangkanya, tapi seberapa banyak kita bisa pulihkan kerugian keuangan negara

Kalau soal hasil audit BPKP itu biasanya dilakukan oleh jaksa atau aparat penegak hukum, setelah aparat penegak hukum menyakini adanya peristiwa pidana, bukan hanya soal unsur melawan hukum tapi ada niat jahatnya (Meanstreanya),
