Kupang.Spektrum-Ntt.com || Kasus pemindahan uang milik korban Rabeka Adu Tadak nasabah prioritas di Bank Bukopin cabang Kupang senilai Rp. 3 miliar yang dipindahkan ke Bank BCA tanpa konfirmasi sejak tahun 2019. Hari ini Penyidik Polda NTT melakukan konfrontir mengenai durasi rekaman konfirmasi bertelepon. Kupang (27/05 /2021) 

Setelah selesai nya penyidik melakukan konfrontir bersama korban dan Karyawan Bank Bukopin. Para awak media sempat berusaha untuk meminta pernyataan dari Angel Timora dan salah satu perwakilan dari pihak Bank Bukopin Cabang Kupang, kata mereka " Ikuti saja proses yang ada" kata Angel dan salah satu perwakilan dari Bank sambil berjalan menuju mobil untuk kembali. 

Kasus pemindahan uang Rp. 3 miliar milik korban Rebeka Adu Tadak yang sesuai pengakuan korban bahwa tidak ada konfirmasi waktu itu antara pihak Bank Bukopin dan Rebeka Adu Tadak, maka hari ini kamis, 27 Mei 2021, Penyidik Polda NTT melakukan konfrontir mengenai perbedaan durasi rekaman konfirmasi antara Angel Timora karyawan Bank Bukopin dan korban Rebeka Adu Tadak. 

Mikhael Feka, SH. MH Selaku pengacara Rebeka Adu Tadak yang mendampingi korban dalam konfrontir tersebut, kepada para awak media menyatakan bahwa konfrontir tersebut karena terdapat perbedaan durasi rekaman yang disampaikan oleh penyidik Polda NTT dengan rekaman yang pernah di putar oleh Rebeka Adu Tadak dan Anaknya Ny. Trinotji Isliko Adu ketika ke Bank Bukopin.

"Ada perbedaan durasi rekaman yang disampaikan oleh penyidik tadi dengan yang pernah di putar saat ibu Rebeka dan Ibu Oci ke Bank, durasi yang diputarkan tadi 46 detik sedangkan menurut klaien saya yang dulu pernah di putarkan dan juga fakta di HP nya dan juga print out dari Tekom itu 62 detik " jelas Mikhael 

Mikhael Feka melanjutkan bahwa hal tersebut sangat diragukan karena durasi rekaman yang diputar terjadi rekayasa atau di buat-buat. 

" itulah yang kita ragukan bahwa rekaman yang diperdengarkan tadi menurut kita, itu di buat - buat, nah itulah yang hari ini dikonfrontir terkait rekaman itu, jadi dari kita atau ibu Rebeka tidak mengakui adanya rekaman yang tadi" ujar Mikhael 

Mengenai surat kuasa, Mihhael Feka menyampaikan bahwa pada kesempatan itu mereka langsung menayakan ke penyidik dan dari penyidik pun menyampaikan bahwa tidak pernah menerima surat kuasa kepada Jeklin Karyawan Bank Bukopin atau pihak siapapun untuk mengatas nama ibu Rebeka sehingga mencairkan dana 3 miliar tersebut. 

" terkait surat kuasa, tadi kita langsung menanyakan ke penyidik, dan dari penyidik juga tidak pernah menerima surat kuasa kepada Jeklin atau pihak siapapun untuk mengatas nama ibu Rebeka untuk mencairkan dana itu, dan tadi juga langsung ditanyakan kepada ibu Angel bahwa soal surat kuasa, Beliau juga bersama pihak Bukopin menyampaikan bahwa pihak bank tidak pernah menerima surat kuasa " Pungkas Mikhael 

Mikhael Feka, SH. MH menekankan lagi" rekaman tadi menurut ibu Rebeka bahwa sudah pernah diputarkan 62 detik, sedangkan yang tadi 46 detik, nah itulah yang kita meragukan bahwa rekaman itu prinsipnya secara hukum kita tidak mengakui adanya rekaman itu ,dan yang kedua bahwa tidak pernah ada surat kuasa dari ibu Rebeka kepada siapapun termasuk ibu jeklin untuk melakukan tindakan hukum atas nama ibu Rebeka terkait dengan uang 3 Miliar" tegas Mikhael 

Alasan pihak korban tidak mengakui akan rekaman konfirmasi bertelepon karena terkait dengan durasinya yang menurut korban Rebeka Aduk Tadak adalah 62 detik sedangkan yang diputarkan penyidik tadi 46 detik.

Lanjutnya "yang kedua, dulu pernah disampaikan bahwa konfirmasi pertama lewat handphone nya ibu Jeklin bukan lewat nomor telepon kantor, dan tadi itu melalui nomor telepon kantor." beber Mikhael 

Mikhael Feka, sebagai pengacara Rebeka Adu Tadak menjelaskan Untuk konfirmasi ini menjadi protapnya perbankan, karena apabila Nasabah tidak hadir langsung di bank maka tidak perlu konfirmasi, tetapi jika Nasabah hadir langsung di bank maka harus dilakukan konfirmasi. Jelasnya 

Tutup Pengacara Mikhael Feka,SH bahwa sangat meragukan isi dari pada rekaman konfirmasi yang diputarkan tadi " karena sesuai hasil percakapan itu tidak nyambung antara satu dengan yang lain, dan secara garis besar kita sampaikan bahwa kita meragukan isi dari pada rekaman konfirmasi itu. Tutup Mikhael Feka, SH. MH pengacara dari Korban Rebeka Adu Tadak. 

Pada kesempatan itu anak dari korban Ny. Trinotji Isliko Adu menambahkan bahwa konfirmasi tersebut menurut SOP nya Bank Bukopin cabang Kupang tidak perlu surat kuasa. 

"menurut Saudari Angel tadi mengatakan bahwa untuk terkait dengan surat kuasa itu sudah jadi prosedur mereka, jadi tidak perlu harus surat kuasa dari Mama, tapi mereka dari Bank mengutus pegawainya mereka, itu menurut Saudari Angel bahwa SOP dari Bank Bukopin Begitu " jelas Oci 

Ny. Trinotji Isliko Adu menyatakan mereka memang nasabah prioritas bukan saja hanya di Bank Bukopin, dan Ketika mereka diperlakukan sebagai Nasabah prioritas di Bank lain apabila anak sendiri yang mengambil uang dalam hal menarik uang dengan jumlah nilai 100 juta pun harus menggunakan surat kuasa. 

" Kami juga nasabah prioritas di Bank lain, dan apabila anak mengambil uang hanya 100 juta saja juga harus butuh surat kuasa, tapi kalo dari SOP nya Bank Bukopin tidak peke surat kuasa sperti itu, yah saya juga tidak tau" jelas Oci
