TTS.spektrum-ntt.com || Pimpinan DPRD TTS mengecam tindakan oknum yang mencoreng nama Pemerintah Daerah kabupaten TTS dengan memberikan Surat Pernyataan Tanggung Jawab Mutlak (SPTJM) kepada mantan Caleg tahun 2024 untuk mengikuti seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah Dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) 

Wakil Ketua DPRD TTS, Yoksan Benu A.md yang ditemui media ini, Senin, 02/06/2025 di kantor DPRD mengatakan pihaknya merasa kecewa terhadap oknum yang mencoreng nama baik Pemerintah Daerah

"Dari DPRD sangat menyayangkan dan kecewa atas apa yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum yang kemudian berakibat kepada kelembagaan. Pemerintah Daerah menjadi tercoreng akibat perbuatan dari oknum", Ujar Yoksan Benu

Karena itu, Yoksan meminta Pemerintah Daerah untuk segera memanggil semua pihak yang memberikan SPTJM kepada mantan Caleg tahun 2024 untuk mengikuti seleksi PPPK

"Pemerintah Daerah wajib hukumnya untuk memanggil semua pihak yang bertanggung jawab dalam hal ini siapa yang memberi SPTJM untuk diluluskan sebagai calon P3K. Ini penyalahgunaan aturan dan sikap kompromi yang dibuat oleh orang TTS sendiri untuk mencoreng Pemerintahan TTS", Tutur Wakil Ketua DPRD

Politisi Partai Golkar itu juga meminta Bupati TTS dan BKPSDM untuk segera mengambil tindakan disiplin terhadap oknum yang melakukan pelanggaran 

"Penegakkan disiplin kepada orang yang memberikan SPTJM, kemudian kita kembalikan kepada aturan, BKPSDM dan Bupati dalam hal ini yang ber-kewenangan silakan di klarifikasi dan ditindaklanjuti", Pinta Yoksan

Atas nama lembaga, Yoksan Benu menegaskan bahwa DPRD selalu konsisten terhadap penegakkan aturan dan tidak mentolerir kesalahan

"Kami punya sikap tetap sama yaitu konsisten dan komitmen terhadap aturan, di lembaga DPR yang di dalam rumah saja kami tidak membela yang salah apalagi yang diluar. Konsistensi ini kami jaga agar pemerintah juga benar-benar bersih. Karena itu yang harus dilakukan Pemerintah dan kita semua DPRD adalah kembali untuk menegakkan aturan", Tegas Wakil Ketua DPRD

Hal senada juga dikatakan Ketua Komisi I DPRD, Marthen Natonis S. Hut, bahwa pihaknya konsisten terhadap regulasi yang berlaku sehingga oknum yang mengeluarkan SPTJM untuk meluluskan Caleg harus bertanggungjawab

"Kita komisi I juga konsisten dengan aturan, kalau siapa yang mengeluarkan SPTJM maka harus bertanggungjawab", Pungkas Marthen

Sedangkan Wakil Ketua Komisi I, Yerim Yos Fallo pada kesempatan yang sama optimis bahwa calon PPPK akan digugurkan jika ada temuan yang menyalahi aturan dalam berproses

"Kalau memang ada temuan yang menyalahi aturan proses maka biasa pasti digugurkan. Mau sudah ada SK pun pasti di nonaktifkan atau Diberhentikan", Kata Yerim Fallo. 

Untuk diketahui, data terbaru yang berhasil dihimpun media ini bahwa terdapat 5 nama mantan Caleg tahun 2024 yang terjaring P3K di kabupaten TTS dan saat ini 2 diantaranya telah dinyatakan LULUS seleksi sementara 3 lainnya masuk dalam daftar formasi tampungan. (SN/Mg)
