TTS.Spektrum-ntt.com || Sebagai bentuk kepedulian yang terus berlanjut, Anggota Komisi IV DPR-RI, Edward Tannur SH kembali menyerahkan 500 paket sembako kepada masyarakat di kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan, Rabu, 03/05/2023.

Pantauan media, 500 paket sembako dari Edward Tannur SH, diserahkan kepada masyarakat di sejumlah titik yakni di kelurahan Kota Soe, kelurahan Nonohonis, kelurahan Karang Siri, di Desa Noemeto, dan kepada masyarakat di kelurahan Oekefan

Dalam sambutannya pada acara penyerahan 500 paket sembako, Edward Tannur mengatakan bahwa bantuan tersebut diberikan dari dana aspirasi rakyat sehingga meskipun sedikit namun juga merupakan bentuk kepedulian yang terus berlanjut kepada masyarakat di kabupaten TTS

"Bantuan ini dari dana aspirasi rakyat, jadi meskipun sedikit tapi semoga dapat bermanfaat bagi bapa, mama semua, dan ini juga sebagai bentuk kepedulian bagi masyarakat dan kedepannya akan ada bantuan-bantuan yang lainnya" Ujar Edward Tannur

Sebagai komitmen untuk terus melayani masyarakat, Edwar Tannur juga menginformasikan kepada masyarakat bahwa ada sejumlah bantuan lain yang bisa diberikan secara cuma-cuma melalui kelompok tani seperti Alsintan, bibit ikan, ternak sapi, ternak babi, ternak kambing, dan bantuan lainnya.

Kunjungan DPR-RI tersebut juga mendapat sambutan baik dari tokoh pemerintah, Tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat, maupun anggota DPRD kabupaten TTS.

Lurah Kota Soe, Rihi Radja dalam menerima kunjungan itu, mengucapkan terimakasih kepada DPR-RI, Edward Tannur SH yang telah memberikan perhatian bagi masyarakat di kelurahan kota Soe terutama bagi sejumlah warga yang rumahnya baru di gusur pada beberapa hari lalu

"Atas nama pemerintah dan masyarakat kami mengucapkan terimakasih banyak kepada Bapa Edward karena meskipun kita baru komunikasi selama satu bulan tapi hari ini Bapa sudah berkenan mengunjungi kami dengan membawa bantuan, dan bukan hanya bantuan sembako tapi kelurahan kota Soe juga akan mendapatkan satu buah sepeda motor roda tiga untuk membantu pelayanan bagi masyarakat," ungkapnya.

Hal yang sama juga diungkapkan Pendeta Beltje J. Kesaulia Saetapi S.Th saat menerima kunjungan Anggota DPR-RI, Edward Tannur di Jemaat Batu Karang Nonohonis. 

"Atas nama majelis Jemaat dan semua jemaat Gereja Batu Karang Nonohonis kami mengucapkan terimakasih kepada Bapa Edward sebagai wakil rakyat untuk semua bantuan yang telah kami terima selama ini, baik itu Dana 50 juta bagi Kelompok Wanita Tani, motor roda tiga, maupun bantuan sembako yang hari ini Bapa berikan lagi kepada kami. Semoga Tuhan yang akan membalas semua kebaikan Bapa yang tulus," tutur Pdt. Beltje Saetapi.

Selain itu, salah satu tokoh masyarakat di desa Noemeto juga mengucapkan terimakasih yang tulus kepada Anggota DPR-RI, Edward Tannur usai menerima bantuan.

"Terima kasih banyak kepada Bapa Edward karena hanya Bapa yang datang ke Noemeto dengan membawa bantuan kepada kami. meskipun pada tahun 2019 lalu kami tidak coblos Bapa Edward tapi hari ini Bapa bisa datang sampai di kampung kami dengan membawa bantuan," ucapnya.

Turut mendapingi Edward Tannur dalam penyerahan bantuan, Bakal Calon DPD RI, Christopher Raymond Tannur SE, Tenaga ahli DPR-RI, dan Staf Ahli di kabupaten TTS. (SN/Mega)
