Kepada Para Kepala Desa yang di lantik, Bupati Tahun berpesan agar melaksanakan tugas dengan sungguh-sungguh berdasarkan sumpah yang telah di ucapkan serta dapat membuktikan diri sebagai pelayan masyarakat yang baik.

"Dengan jabatan yang saudara emban bukan berarti saudara akan memperoleh kemudahan dan keuntungan dari jabatan tersebut, justru harus mampu membuktikan bahwa saudara adalah pelayan yang baik bagi kepentingan masyarakat secara keseluruhan". Tegas-Nya

Lebih lanjut Bupati TTS menjelaskan tentang tugas, wewenang, dan hak Kepala Desa yang di atur dalam pasal 26 Undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang desa. Dan pasal 27 sampai 30 Undang-undang nomor 6 tahun 2014 yang mengatur tentang kewajiban serta larangan bagi desa. Hal di maksud untuk di jadikan acuan bagi para Kepala Desa dalam melaksanakan tugas yang telah di percayakan.
