KUPANG. Spektrum-ntt.com || Aliansi Rakyat Anti Korupsi Indonesia (ARAKSI) kembali mendatangi Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi NTT pada Jumat, (24/04/2020) dengan membawa 3 dokumen Laporan Dugaan Korupsi.

Ketua ARAKSI, Alfred Baun SH, datang bersama beberapa Anggota ARAKSI dan langsung menyerahkan Dokumen laporan ke Pusat Terpadu Satu Pintu (PTSP) KEJATI NTT yang di terima oleh petugas atas nama Matheos Betty, SH.

Jumpa PERS usai penyerahan dokumen, Alfred menyebut 3 kasus dugaan korupsi kembali di laporkan ARAKSI ke KEJATI dengan total Anggaran ketiganya mencapai Rp.62,8 M.

"Hari ini ada 3 dokumen kasus yang kita bawa ke Kejati, kasus yang pertama menindaklanjuti Laporan ARAKSI pada bulan juni tahun lalu mengenai Proyek pengadaan Lampu sehen di Malaka dengan total anggaran 7,8 M. Kasus yang kedua adalah anggaran 5 M yang di gunakan untuk renovasi rumah orangtua kandung dari Bupati Malaka dan Ketua DPRD. Sedangkan kasus yang ketiga mengenai anggaran sebesar 50 M yang bersumber dari APBD dan di alirkan sepihak oleh Bupati dan Ketua DPRD ke Yayasan Pendidikan milik Bupati," jelas ketua ARAKSI

Lanjutnya bahwa terkait 3 laporan dugaan korupsi tersebut, ARAKSI memohon untuk segera di tindak lanjuti oleh Kejati karena ARAKSI juga telah mengirimkan tembusan ke Jam Pidsus Kejaksaan Agung, Jam Intel Kejaksaan Agung, dan Direkrut Penyidikan pada Jam Pidsus Kejaksaan Agung di Jakarta.

"Tembusan mengenai 3 Laporan tersebut kita sudah kirim ke Jam Pindsus Kejaksaan Agung di Jakarta, Jam Intel Kejagung, dan Direktur Penyidikan Jam Pidsus. Karena itu kita mohon kepada Kejati untuk segera di tindak lanjuti," 

Alfred juga mengungkapkan keraguan terhadap Kejati NTT karena Laporan ARAKSI di nyatakan hilang.

"Kita juga ragu dengan Kejati NTT karena Laporan kita sudah masuk dari bulan juni tahun 2019 tapi sampai dengan kemarin saat kita koordinasi, informasi yang kita peroleh bahwa file Laporan ARAKSI di nyatakan hilang dan kita di minta untuk memberi laporan ulang terkait 3 kasus tersebut," 

Dan kepada awak media, Ketua ARAKSI kembali mempertanyakan kinerja Kejati NTT terkait 3 kasus yang sudah di laporkan sejak 1 tahun lalu.

"Tahun kemarin Laporan ARAKSI kita masukan pada waktu yang sama ke Kejati NTT dan Polda NTT tapi sampai dengan saat ini Polda sudah sampai pada tingkat penahanan tersangka sedangkan Kejati NTT belum. Bahkan dokumen kita bisa hilang di gedung lembaga terhormat yang begitu besar," Pungkas Alfred dengan nada kesal.
