Sesuai informasi yang dihimpun, MT sebelumnya telah membuat laporan polisi dengan nomor : STTLP/474/VII/2021/SPKT POLRES KUPANG KOTA. Rabu (21/07/21). (22/07/21)

Kepada Media Kuasa Hukum CM, Andryan Ebenhaiser Boling, S.H, di Kantornya mengatakan CM tidak bermaksud mencemarkan nama baik dari MT, Namun CM hanya memberikan pertanyaan kepada MT.

"Bahwa sebenarnya CM tidak ada niatan sedikitpun dan tidak merasa bahwa telah melakukan pencemaran nama baik terhadap MT," ungkap Andryan.

Lanjut Kuasa Hukum CM mengatakan adanya ancaman terhadap kliennya.

"Kami juga akan menempuh lewat jalur hukum bahwa ada dugaan tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh MT terhadap CM lewat media sosial yang membuat CM klien kami merasa sangat ketakutan karena adanya chating watshap dengan ancaman kekerasan dari MT, ini jelas melanggar ketentuan dalam Pasal 45 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 Tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik dan atau Pasal 35 KUHP," tegas Andryan

Untuk saat ini, CM mengaku ketakutan dengan ancaman yang dilakukan MT kepada dirinya.

"Justru saya yang diancam oleh MT lewat media sosial saya sehingga membuat saya merasa sangat ketakutan atas ancaman dari si MT," ungkap CM.
