Rote Ndao || Spekrum-NTT.com - Setelah melakukan pemeriksaan mendalam terhadap Pelaku Pembunuhan yang terjadi di Desa Boni, Kec. Loaholu, Kab. Rote Ndao. Akhirnya Pihak Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao berhasil mengungkap motif penyebab Pembunuhan tersebut.

Peristiwa pembunuhan yang terjadi pada Jumat (18/6/2021) lalu yang menewaskan Benyamin Indu, Warga Dusun Oesina, Desa Tasilo, ternyata penyebabnya sepele saja. Dimana Pelaku pembunuhan, yakni Kristian Mbuik alias Tian (56) warga Dusun Oesina, Desa Tasilo tak terima dengan sikap korban yang tak menegur sapa saat lewat di depan Pelaku.

Hal tersebut disampaikan oleh Iptu. Yames J Mbau, S.Sos selaku Kasat Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao kepada Media ini melalui pesan WhatsApp pada Minggu (20/6/2021) menjelaskan bahwa peristiwa Pembunuhan tersebut bermula pada saat pelaku sedang potong kayu di depan SD Inpres Boni, Desa Boni, Kec. Loaholu.

Iptu Yames Mbau menjelaskan bahwa pada saat pelaku (Kristian Mbuik) sedang potong kayu, tiba-tiba korban (Benyamin Indu) yang juga tetangga lewat di depan pelaku. Namun saat pelaku menyapa korban, jawaban korban membuat pelaku tersinggung dan jengkel.

“Korban lewat di depan pelaku tapi tidak tegur atau menyapa. Sehingga pelaku tegur dengan kalimat “JALAN TIDAK TEGUR JUGA”. korban jawab “KO LU SAPA JU”. Merasa tersinggung dengan kalimat itu, pelaku jengkel lalu kejar korban dan berakhir dengan membunuh korban dalam kompleks Gereja Ebenhaezer Boni,” ungkap Iptu Yames Mbau, Kasat Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao.

“Akibat perbuatannya, Pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 338 KUHP, subsider pasal 354 KUHP, subsider pasal 351 ayat 3 dengan ancaman hukuman 15 tahun penjara,” lanjut Iptu Yames Mbau, menjelaskan.

Untuk diketahui bahwa sesuai dengan Hasil identifikasi dari Tim Inavis Polres Rote Ndao yang dipimpin oleh Brigpol Thomas Kiak, di temukan 6 luka akibat benda tajam pada tubuh korban. (Daniel Timu)
