Kota Kupang. Spektrumntt.com || Proses seleksi Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di Institut Agama Kristen Negeri (IAKN) Kupang kembali menuai kritik tajam. Salah satunya adalah mantan Rektor IAKN Kupang, Dr. Harun Y. Natonis, M.Si. yang mengungkapkan kekecewaannya terhadap perlakuan yang tidak adil terhadap salah satu pegawai pramubakti yang telah mengabdi selama lebih dari 12 tahun.

Hal itu disampaikan oleh Dr. Harun Natonis pada media ini di bilangan kota Kupang pada, Rabu 04 Juni 2025.

“Ini sangat tidak adil. Bagaimana mungkin pegawai yang sudah 12 tahun mengabdi justru tidak diberi kesempatan?” ungkap Dr. Harun.

Menurutnya, pegawai tersebut secara sepihak tidak diberikan surat keterangan aktif, yang merupakan salah satu syarat utama untuk mengikuti seleksi PPPK.

"Pegawai ini sudah bekerja sejak 2012, dengan SK yang masih berlaku hingga Desember 2024. Ia hadir setiap hari dan melaksanakannya dengan baik. Tapi saat seleksi PPPK dibuka, hanya dia yang tidak mendapatkan surat keterangan aktif. Ini bukan hanya janggal, tapi sangat mencurigakan," ujar Mantan Rektor IAKN Kupang.

Ironisnya, lanjut Harun, formasi yang sebelumnya ditempati oleh pegawai tersebut justru diisi oleh istri salah satu pejabat kampus, yang tidak pernah tercatat sebagai tenaga honorer maupun pramubakti di lingkungan IAKN Kupang.

"Ini mencoreng nama baik institusi (IAKN, red). Bagaimana mungkin seseorang yang tidak pernah bekerja di kampus ini tiba-tiba mendapat akses seleksi PPPK? Sementara yang sudah mengabdi selama 12 tahun justru dihalangi. Ini bentuk nepotisme terang-terangan," tegasnya.

Dr. Harun juga mengambil keputusan strategis yang diambil oleh pimpinan baru kampus, yang belum genap menjabat selama satu tahun, namun telah membuat kebijakan yang dinilai merugikan para pegawai lama.

“Apakah rektor memahami siapa saja yang selama ini berkontribusi membangun kampus ini? Atau ia sekadar menjalankan arahan dari pihak-pihak tertentu di sekitarnya?” kritik Harun.

Tidak hanya itu, Dr. Harun juga meminta agar proses seleksi tersebut harus dievaluasi secara menyeluruh.

“Saya minta proses seleksi ini harus dievaluasi secara menyeluruh dan transparan agar tidak dipandang buruk di masyarakat luas, apalagi ini terjadi dalam dunia akademik yang seharusnya menjunjung tinggi prinsip meritokrasi dan keadilan,” pungkas Harun. (Kans/Tim)***
