KUPANG. Spektrum-ntt.com ||Pejabat kepala Desa Oefafi Ibrahim Suan sangat berterima kasih dan mendukung penuh program pemerintah berkaitan dengan pengembangan pakan ternak yang akan dikembangkan di wilayah desa Oefafi. 

Kepada awak media di aula kantor desa Oefafi kamis/10/12/2020, Ibrahim menyampaikan apresiasi yang positif sekaligus mendukung penuh program pengembangan pakan ternak di wilayah pemerintahannya ini. 

“Saya menyambut baik program dari dinas peternakan provinsi yang mana membawa program baru bagi masyarakat saya yang ada di desa oefafi, yang mana desa oefafi ini adalah desa yang berpotensi. Tetapi karena selama ini belum ada program-program atau pintu masuk di desa oefafi ini, kami selaku plt desa Oefafi kami bersyukur dengan adanya program-program yang disentuh dari dinas peternakan provinsi” ungkapnya.

Selanjutnya, beliau yang juga merupakan Tenaga inseminator dan pemeriksaan kebuntingan dan asisten reproduksi di dinas peternakan kabupaten kupang, menyampaikan bahwa desa oefafi harus ada perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik. “Bapak Kepala UPT ini adalah kami dulu sama-sama di peternakan bersama pak camat kupang timur ini, kami orang peternakan sebelumnya; sehingga terobosan kami selaku orang teknis peternakan, tentu kami harus membawa desa kami ini, ke depan lebih baik dari yang ada”. ungkapnya 

Sebagai upaya tindak lanjut dalam merubah wajah desa oefafi, maka beliau dengan basicnya sebagai orang peternakan akan membuat terobosan baru dengan menghadirkan sapi betina produktif untuk program IB.

 “ Harapan saya, untuk dana desa tahun 2020, saya ada pengadaan sapi betina produktif 25 ekor ini untuk program IB. Karena apa? Karena ketika saya kembali ke kabupaten tetapi tentu saja saya meninggalkan sesuatu yang positif di desa oefafi ini, dan bukan tidak mungkin desa oefafi ini bisa keluar dari tekanan ekonomi dan menuju sejahtera.

Menurut camat kupang timur, Deny M. Tadoe, S.Pt. beliau sangat menyambut baik dan mendukung penuh program ini yang mana, program ini bisa menunjang atau meningkatkan pendapatan daripada petani dan peternak yang ada di desa oefafi menuju kehidupan yang lebih baik.

Sebagai akhir kata di penghujung wawancara itu, Ibrahim mengajak seluruh warga masyarakat desa oefafi untuk bekerja sama merespon program pemerintah ini. 

“Tentu di dalam setiap program itu, banyak yang tidak terima dengan sepenuh hati dan banyak yang menjadi Thomas. Tetapi beberapa orang yang mau bekerja, mari…mari bekerja. Dan tentu didalamnya itu, kalau sudah keluar dari itu maka banyak Thomas yang akan bersatu kembali dengan orang-orang yang sudah berhasil” tutupnya. (Team)
