ENDE. spektrum-ntt.com || Pemda Ende tidak melakukan karantina terpusat di Stadion Marilonga Ende, bagi warga yang datang dari daerah terpapar Covid-19 baru baru ini, dinilai sangat beresiko bagi penyebaran virus corona di Ende dan Flores umumnya, hal ini disampaikan pengamat sosial Antonius Tonggo kepada media ini melalui Whatsapp senin malam (06/04/2020)

Lanjutnya ia menjelaskan dengan tidak jadinya karantina terpusat di Stadion Marilonga, maka kini masyarakat Ende yang harus berjuang sendiri. 

"di kampung - kampung, para kepala desa, RT, RW, dan pemuka kampung harus secara pro-aktif untuk memastikan bahwa semua pendatang baru di desa atau kampung harus menjalani karantina mandiri. Itu harus diawasi oleh tokoh-tokoh dan harus bekerja sama dengan puskesmas setempat". Pintanya 

"semua pendatang baru di desa atau kampung harus punya kesadaran pribadi yang tinggi untuk melakukan karantina mandiri di rumah masing-masing" Tulis Pengat sosial Anton Tonggo

Ia melanjutkan bahwa semestinya Pemda Ende tidak melakukan karantina massal secara terpusat dan terkontrol, namun Satgas Covid-19 Ende harus pro-aktif juga untuk bekerjasama dengan para tokoh di desa atau kampung dalam rangka menyukseskan karantina mandiri tersebut.

Kerjasama itu tidak hanya soal menjaminnya karantina mandiri, tapi juga mengantisipasi konflik horizontal antar-warga. Para pendatang dan keluarganya bisa jadi ditolak oleh warga masyarakat lain yang memicu konflik antar-warga.
