Belu.Spektrum-ntt.com || Sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap program prioritas pemerintah pusat yakni Koperasi Merah Putih (KMP), Pemerintah Desa Takirin bersama Dinas Koperasi, Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Diskopnakertrans) Kabupaten Belu menggelar rapat sosialisasi pembentukan Pengurus Koperasi Merah Putih guna menekan lajunya pinjaman online (Pinjol) dan rentenir manual di wilayah Desa Takirin.

Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan di Aula Kantor Desa Takirin, Kecamatan Tasifeto Timur, Senin (26/05/25).

Sosialisasi pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih yang dicetus oleh Pemerintah pusat ini selain membantu masyarakat di setiap pelosok daerah, juga sebagai solusi guna meminimalisir pinjaman online (pinjol) ataupun rentenir manual yang mana selalu menekan pergerakan ekonomi para petani maupun peternak ketentuan aturan kesepakatan tidak sesuai dengan UU Koperasi dimana nasabah dirugikan dengan bunga pinjaman mulai sepuluh persen hingga lima belas persen (10-15%).

Merespon keluhan masyarakat, program Koperasi Merah Putih hadir sebagai solusi dengan maksud untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan anggota melalui kegiatan ekonomi yang berbasis pada prinsip-prinsip koperasi, yakni; menyediakan layanan ekonomi yang bermanfaat bagi anggota dan masyarakat, membangun kemandirian ekonomi anggota melalui kegiatan koperasi.

Usai melakukan rapat koordinasi Pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih saat diwawancarai Media Kepala Desa (Kades) Takirin Engelbertus Foa mengatakan bahwa, pada prinsipnya Pemdes menyesuaikan arahan Bapak Presiden terkait dengan programnya yang mana semua desa wajib untuk mendukung program Koperasi Merah Putih meskipun ini Top Down yang artinya koperasi dari atas, yang mana sebenarnya koperasi itu butuh Town Up dari bawah tetapi pada pelaksanaannya sama dalam hal ini melalui musyawarah mufakat dari bahwa sesuai potensi yang ada di Desa.

"Tujuan dari sosialisasi Pembentukan Koperasi Merah Putih ini sudah pasti demi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu Badan Pengurus yang telah terbentuk diharapkan sama-sama disiplin dan berintegritas yang tinggi untuk mengutamakan kepentingan masyarakat dibanding dengan kepentingan pribadi," tegas Kepala Desa Takirin, Engel Foa.

Sambungnya, selain itu pengurus dan anggota Koperasi Merah Putih selain menghidupkan potensi yang ada di Desa sebelumnya memberikan pemahaman dan edukasi yang baik kepada masyarakat tentang apa itu Koperasi sehingga tidak keliru ambil kebijakan. 

"Untuk masyarakat itu harus diutamakan dibanding kepentingan pribadi, kepentingan suku, kepentingan keluarga dan lain-lain dikesampingkan," harapnya.

Hal senada disampaikan Virmus Loe Ati selaku Ketua Terpilih KDMP bahwa, dengan terbentuknya Koperasi Merah Putih Desa Takirin kiranya tujuannya sama bagaimana masyarakat Takirin itu sejahtera Pengurus perlu kerja keras sesuai kemampuan dan pengalaman yang ada.

"Kita melihat potensi-potensi Desa ini yang kita kelola mana yang paling penting itu bisa kelola mana yang yang dipasarkan kemana saja demi kesejahteraan masyarakat dan anggota Koperasi," ungkap Ketua KDMP Desa Takirin.

Lebih lanjut Virmus menjelaskan bahwa, Desa Takirin saat sangat produktif bahkan dulu Kepala Ketahanan Pangan di masa Yohanes Kabosu bahwa Desa Takirin ini delta Emas. Hanya sudah potensi alamnya mungkin belom ada potensi sumber dayanya.

"Mungkin sudah saatnya bahwa sudah ada sumber daya manusia sudah cukup potensi alam akan kita kelola dengan baik. Potensi alam akan kita olah secara baik dan benar demi kepentingan masyarakat Desa Takirin lebih baik lebih sejahtera," ucapnya.
