Belu.Spektrum-ntt.com || Sosok anggota Polisi Republik Indonesia (POLRI) yang pernah mengemban tugas sebagai Kepala Kepolisian Resort (Kapolres) di wilayah hukum Polres Belu selama kurang lebih 1 tahun 6 bulan, AKBP Richo Nataldo Devallas Simanjuntak, S.I.K kembali menyapa dan merayakan natal bersama warga Kampung Berluli, Desa Tukuneno, Kecamatan Tasifeto Barat, Kabupaten Belu, Nusa Tenggara Timur, jumat (27/12/24).

Pantauan tim media, kesempatan sukacita yang penuh dengan kehangatan natal tersebut, AKBP Richo Nataldo Devallas Simanjuntak disambut antusias ratusan warga desa tukuneno khususnya Dusun Webereliku dan Dusun Buburlulik yang pernah merasakan kebaikan serta uluran tangan dati mantan orang nomor satu di Polres Belu ini.

Kedua dusun yang tersebar di Desa Tukuneno tersebut telah mendapat perhatian dari AKBP Richo Nataldo Devallas Simanjuntak, S.I.K berupa akses jalan, listrik dan air bersih, ketika masih menjabat sebagai Kapolres di Kabupaten Belu.

Hal itu dilakukan Mantan Kapolres Belu guna menjawab kerinduan masyarakat selama kurang lebih puluhan tahun terisolir dari akses penerangan dan jalan bahkan air bersih.

Pada penghujung tahun ini, AKBP Richo Simanjuntak dari Mabes Polri di Ibukota Negara kembali memijakkan kakinya di Kabupaten Belu, yang dimana sebagai daerah perbatasan atau garda terdepan RI-RDTL. 

Kedatangan Mantan Kapolres Belu ini sebagai bentuk silaturahmi, berbagi Damai Natal bersama masyarakat Desa Tukuneno oleh karena rasa peduli sosial yang tinggi.

Selama mengemban tugas di Polres Belu, masyarakat yang tersebar di Tukuneno sudah menganggap sosok Mantan Kapolres Belu ini sebagai bagian dari keluarga mereka, bahkan ia pernah dinobatkan oleh warga sebagai salah satu Kepala Suku di kedua dusun yang tersebar di Desa Tukuneno itu.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Mantan Kapolres Belu yang dikenal luas dengan adanya aksi kemanusiaan yang sempat menjadi polemik senusantara itu mengaku bahwa, apa yang pernah ia lakukan kala itu semata-mata hanyalah berkat Tuhan yang dititip melalui dirinya.

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Aloysius Moruk salah satu tokoh masyarakat (Tomas.red) Desa Tukuneno, kepada media ini mengungkapkan jika sukacita natal tahun ini begitu istimewa dengan hadirnya AKBP Richo Nataldo Devallas Simanjuntak, S.I.K yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Kasubbagren Bagrenmin Korbinmas Baharkam POLRI.

Mewakili masyarakat Desa Tukuneno, Aloysius mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya sangat bahagia dengan adanya kehadiran bapak mantan Kapolres yang dimana beliau sudah kami nobatkan sebagai salah satu ketua suku disini sehingga kedatangannya sebagai kunjungan keluarga.

Beliau (Mantan Kapolres) sebagai salah satu Ketua Suku, maka dengan hal itu yang menggerakkan hatinya untuk datang kesini walaupun sudah bertugas di Mabes Polri. 

"Kami merasa bangga karena kesederhanaan beliau yang datang selalu menyapa dan menyesuaikan diri dengan keadaan masyarakat yang ada," ucap Aloysius. (Nanny).
