TTS.spektrum-ntt.com || Pada dasarnya manusia di ciptakan sempurna di mata Tuhan walau terkadang kita menemukan ada ketidak sempurnaan dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan hidup seseorang. Salah satu contoh yang terjadi adalah kelainan pada perkembangan anak yaitu kelainan atresia Ani 

Atres ani atau disebut juga anus imperforate adalah salah satu jenis cacat atau kelainan sejak lahir. Pada kondisi ini, perkembangan janin mengalami gangguan sehingga bentuk rektum (bagian akhir usus besar) sampai lubang anus umumnya terbentuk tidak sempurna.

Pada atresia ani, kelainan juga bisa terjadi di area tubuh yang lain seperti kelainan di organ pencernaan, saluran kemih, hingga kelamin.

Umumnya dikategorikan sebagai berikut : Kelainan di tingkat bawah yakni berupa lubang anus yang menyempit atau sama sekali tertutup akibat usus rektum yang masih menempel pada kulit. Lubang anus yang tertutup umumnya disertai dengan cacat lahir lain, seperti gangguan jantung, masalah pada sistem saraf pusat, atau anomali pada tangan dan kaki.

Kelainan di tingkat atas yaitu posisi usus besar yang terletak di rongga panggul bagian atas dan terbentuknya fistula yang menghubungkan rektum dan kandung kemih, uretra, atau vagina. Fistula merupakan terowongan abnormal yang muncul antara dua saluran normal seperti antara pembuluh darah, usus, atau organ tubuh. Dan lubang posterior atau kloaka yang persisten yakni kelainan yang menyebabkan rektum, saluran kemih, dan lubang vagina bertemu pada satu saluran yang sama.

Menurut saya kelainan ini tidak di sebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan atau faktor keturunan tetapi karena kurangnya pemenuhan asupa gizi sejak berada dalam kandungan ibu sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin tidak sempurna, karena itu perlu di perhatikan oleh setiap ibu atau calon ibu tentang pentingnya gizi selama perkembangan janin dalam rahim.

Sang ibu juga perluh memperhatikan pola makan, pola istirahat, asupan vitamin, dan juga secara psikologi harus tidak ada penekanan selama masa hamil.
