ROTE NDAO. SPEKTRUM-NTT.COM || Satuan Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao akhirnya menggelar Rekonstruksi (Reka Ulang Adegan) Kasus Pembunuhan di Dusun Toiu, Desa Saindule, Kec. Rote Barat Laut yang terjadi sejak Kamis (10/6/2021) lalu. Agenda Rekonstruksi yang digelar pada Rabu (23/6/2021) ini dilakukan di beberapa TKP (Tempat Kejadian Perkara) dengan melibatkan langsung Marthinus Nomlene sebagai Pelaku dan sejumlah saksi. 

Kasat Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao, Iptu Yames J Mbau, S.Sos menyampaikan pada media ini bahwa Rekonstruksi yang dilakukan oleh pihak Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao bertujuan untuk melengkapi berkas kasus pembunuhan tersebut untuk bisa tingkatkan ke tahap 2 di Kejaksaan Negeri Rote Ndao. 

"Rekontruksi dilakukan guna melengkapi berkas perkara." singkat Iptu Yames J Mbau, S.Sos selaku Kasat Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao.

Adapun adegan pertama dan kedua menceritakan tentang awal mula Korban ke rumah seorang saksi yakni Rinto Lilo pada Rabu (9/6/2021) guna membantu mengerjakan pematang sawah milik Rinto Lilo di komplek pesawahan Henulain. Hingga kembali ke rumah Rinto Lilo pada pukul 17:00 (Wita) dan kemudian berlanjut hingga selesai makan malam pada pukul 21:00 (Wita) korban pamit pulang. Dan akhirnya saksi Rinto Lilo kaget saat keesokannya mendapat kabar bahwa temannya Herman Lau (korban) telah meninggal di bunuh oleh Marthinus Nomlene. 

Kemudian pada Adegan ke- 3 hingga adegan ke-9 menceritakan tentang keadaan sebelum terjadinya pembunuhan tersebut yang TKPnya adalah di rumah pelaku, yakni Marthinus Nomlene, tepat disamping Kantor Desa Saindule. 

Hingga akhirnya pada Adegan ke-10, sekitar pukul 23:00 (Wita) yakni hari Rabu (9/6/2021), Istri Pelaku yang hendak buang air kecil berpapasan dengan korban di samping rumah tersebut (TKP), yang ternyata secara diam-diam korban dan Istri Pelaku menjalin hubungan cinta terlarang.

Saat istri pelaku di kamar mandi, Korban masuk ke kamar istri pelaku. Dimana pada malam itu, pelaku bersama anak pertamanya tidur di kamar depan. Sedangkan istri pelaku yakni Messy Y Henukh tidur di kamar belakang bersama anak bungsunya. 

Pada Adegan ke -11 dimana Saat istri pelaku masuk kembali ke Kamar, korban telah menunggunya dalam kamar. Lalu korban meminta istri pelaku untuk hapus pemblokiran pertemanan di akun Facebook istri pelaku, namun Istri pelaku menolak hal tersebut dan seakan istri pelaku ingin mengakhiri hubungan terlarang tersebut karna telah miliki suami dan anak-anak. Kemudian korban mendekati istri pelaku dan menciumnya di dahi, istri pelaku pun balas menciumnya dan mematikan lampu dan berduanya kembali memadu kasih dalam kamar tersebut. 

Namun kebahagiaan antara korban dan istri pelaku tak berlangsung lama, karna pada Adegan ke -12 dalam rekonstruksi tersebut menceritakan bahwa Pelaku mendengar suara tempat tidur bergoyang dari dalam kamar istrinya. Pelaku pun mencoba masuk ke kamar, tapi karna pintu terkunci pelaku akhirnya mendobrak pintu kamar itu. 

Usai mendobrak pintu kamar, pelaku terkejut melihat korban sedang berhubungan badan dengan istrinya diatas tempat tidur. Pelaku pun memukuli korban hingga terjatuh dari tempat tidur, lalu korban mencoba lari lewat jendela tapi malah tertangkap oleh pelaku. Saat itu Istri pelaku telah lari dari dalam kamar ke ruang tengah rumah itu. 

Lalu pelaku mengambil sebilah parang yang selalu disimpan dibawah tempat tidur itu dan menusuk ke bagian paha kanan dan bagian perut korban, hingga akhirnya korban pun meninggal di kamar tersebut. Usai membunuh korban, pelaku menghampiri istrinya yang ada di ruang tengah lalu memukuli istrinya. 

Setelah itu, pada Adegan ke- 17 pelaku pergi ke rumah ayah istrinya, yakni Saksi Anderias Henukh dan memberitahukan kejadian tersebut. Kemudian pelaku menaiki sepeda motornya lalu pergi menyerahkan diri di Kantor Polres Rote Ndao.

Agenda Rekonstruksi kasus Pembunuhan ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kasat Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao, Iptu Yames J Mbau, S.Sos dengan di pandu oleh Kanit Pidum Polres Rote Ndao, Bripka Benyamin K Kolimon sebagai Sutradara dan juga hadir pula KBO Reskrim Polres Rote Ndao yakni Aiptu Stefanus Palaka, SH. Bersama 2 orang penyidik pembantu di unit Reskrim, yakni Briptu Viktor D Sari dan Briptu Nurhidayat B Senin. 

Selain dari pihak Polres Rote Ndao, rekonstruksi ini juga di hadiri oleh Pengacara dari LBH Surya NTT yakni Ebsan Kafekai, SH selaku kuasa hukum Pelaku dan juga dihadiri oleh pihak Kejari Rote Ndao, yakni Jaksa Marthin Pardede, SH dan staff bidang tindak pidana umum. 

Untuk diketahui bahwa dalam rekonstruksi ini, terdapat 17 adegan yang peragakan kembali. (Daniel Timu).
