KUPANG. spektrum-ntt.com || Kepala SMPN 4 Kupang, Susy Aprijanti, S.Pd, menegaskan, kebersihan menjadi hal utama di sekolahnya. Sebelum memulai aktivitas belajar mengajar, kebersihan menjadi agenda utama yang dilakukan di sekolah.

 

Susy mengatakan hal ini merespon kesiapan sekolahnya mengikuti lomba kebersihan sekolah di Kota Kupang.

“Sebelum didengungkan dan pencanangan lomba kebersihan, kami SMPN 4 Kupang merupakan sekolah yang disidak paling pertama oleh Pak Penjabat Wali Kota, Bapak George Hadjoh. Pak Penjabat sidak datang dengan rombongan. Ada Asisten II, ada teman-teman protokol, mereka membersihkan got di sebelah kantor Taspen. Setelah itu ke sekolah dan menghimbau kami agar tetap menjaga kebersihan lingkungan sekolah agar anak-anak sekolah nyaman untuk belajar. Saya bilang kebersihan merupakan hal pertama kami lakukan sebelum memulai KBM,” kata Susy kepada media ini, Selasa (6/12/2022).

“Jadi pas sidak di sini tidak ada yang membuat beliau marah. Karena kami selalu memperhatikan kebersihan dari kamar mandi dijaga oleh penjaga sekolah. Jadi selesai pake kami minta anak murid langsung bersihkan sehingga sudah bersih sebelum anak-anak lain pake. Dan itu kita selalu tanamkan kepada anak-anak saya agar menjaga fasilitas sekolah yang ,ada. Dan ya, anak-anak saya sangat mencintai kebersihan lingkungan sekolahnya,” ungkap Susy.

 

Menurutnya, masa SMP merupakan masa puber yang cukup sensitif bagi anak-anak sekolah. Tapi masa-masa itu harus mendapatkan masukan dan nasihat yang baik agar anak-anak berada pada masa yang baik dan tetap menjaga kesesuaian di tengah teman-teman di sekolah.

“Kami siap untuk mengikuti lomba yang digagas oleh Pak Penjabat Wali Kota. Masa yang memang harus memberikan masukan yang baik, karena memang mereka sangat paham dengan kebersihan dan kenyamanan mereka di sekolah. Jadi tanpa ada lomba pun kami tetap tegakkan kebersihan di lingkungan sekolah” tutupnya. (np)
