KUPANG. spektrum-ntt.com ||  – Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 5 Kota Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur. (NTT) belum melakukan pembinaan dan persiapan khusus menghadapi ujian kelulusan bagi siswa kelas sembilan yang tinggal satu semester lagi.

Terlebih bagi siswa kelas IX yang dalam satu semester ke depan dalam kalender ini yang akan menghadapi ujian kelulusan, perlu diberi perhatian dan persiapan matang untuk menghadapi ujian kelulusannya nanti. Ilmu yang didapat sejak kelas VII mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) secara penuh di Sekolah tidaklah cukup.

 

“Untuk sementara kita memang belum melakukan pembinaan secara khusus tapi ada kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh sekolah mereka diberikan materi-materi esensial sebagai persiapan untuk menghadapi ujian sehingga mereka dapat mengerjakan soal dengan baik dan mereka bisa lulus dan masuk SMA,” ungkap kepala SMPN 5 Kota Kupang Ferderik Mira Tade, S.Pd saat dikonfirmasi di ruang kerjanya, Selasa (01/11/2022).

 

Kepala SMPN 5 Kota Kupang Ferderik Mira Tade menjelaskan, karena masih dibatasi Pandemi Covid-19 sehingga belum memberi program khusus kepada anak didiknya yang saat ini duduk di bangku kelas IX.

“Tidak ada program khusus yang kita lakukan karena memang sementara kita masih dibatasi masa Pandemi, sehingga kita belum melakukan hal-hal yang lebih misalnya les tambahan belum kita lakukan,” jelasnya.

 

Siswa kelas IX perlu digenjot secara khusus untuk bisa menghadapi ujian dan lulus serta bisa masuk ke Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) favoritnya.

Ferderik mengatakan, Sekolah memiliki rencana kedepannya akan memberi les khusus untuk kelas IX, namun harus mengungu keadaan seperti sedia kala.

“Memang rencana kita ke depan akan melakukan hal seperti itu tapi kita juga menunggu keadaan ini (pandemi) sampai sudah pulih betul,” tutupnya.
