Belu.Spektrum-ntt.com || Satgas Operasi penyakit masyarakat (Pekat) Turangga 2025 Polres Belu menggandeng Satres Narkoba dan Subden POM IX/1-3 Atambua laksanakan kegiatan cipta kondisi dengan menggelar patroli dan razia di tempat hiburan malam yang ada di Kota Atambua, Kabupaten Belu pada Sabtu (24/05/25).

Patroli tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kabag Ops, AKP I Nengah Sutawinaya, SH selaku Karendal Opsres Pekat, anggota gabungan Satgas Ops Pekat bersama Kasat Narkoba dan anggota serta 2 personel Subden POM, menyisir seputaran kota dan 2 (dua) tempat karaoke yang berada pusat kota Atambua.

Adapun 2 tempat karaoke yang didatangi petugas gabungan yakni tempat karaoke Symphoni yang terletak di kelurahan Tulamalae dan Sing Song (SS) yang berlokasi di Tini, Kelurahan Manuaman, Kecamatan Atambua Selatan.

Kedatangan petugas kepolisian ke tempat-tempat tersebut sempat mengejutkan para pengunjung dan juga wanita pemandu karaoke, akan tetapi setelah mengetahui maksud dan tujuan kedatangan tim gabungan tersebut, para pengunjung dan juga wanita pemandu karaoke bersedia diperiksa oleh petugas pada malam itu.

Patroli razia ini yang dilaksanakan pada malam itu sekira pukul 21.00 wita, tim gabungan yang meliputi aparat kepolisian memeriksa barang bawaan dan identitas para wanita pemandu karaoke serta dilanjutkan dengan pemeriksaaan urine.

Pengambilan dan pemeriksaan sample urine menggunakan alat tes Drugs abuse tes 6 parameter yang dieksekusi langsung oleh personel Satres Narkoba dan dampingi anggota Polwan dan tenaga kesehatan Klinik Pratama Polres Belu.

Kapolres Belu, AKBP Benny Miniani Arief, S.I.K mengungkapkan bahwa, razia di tempat hiburan malam digelar guna mencegah peredaran Narkoba serta masuknya minuman keras ke dalam tempat hiburan malam yang dapat memicu tindak kejahatan.

"Tempat hiburan seperti yang sering kita lihat di kota-kota besar, banyak narkoba dan miras beredar bebas ditempat hiburan dan tidak menutup kemungkinan merambah sampai kesini, sehingga kita mengambil langkah untuk melakukan razia dadakan," katanya.

Kapolres Belu menambahkan, dalam penggeledahan dan tes urine di 2 tempat hiburan malam tersebut, tidak ditemukan barang jenis narkoba serta wanita pemandu karaoke yang positif menggunakan narkoba.

"Ada puluhan wanita yang dicek urinenya dan hasilnya negatif namun pihak Polri tetap berikan imbauan kepada mereka untuk tidak pakai narkoba. Begitupun kepada pengelola tempat hiburan, Kita imbau supaya tidak menyediakan miras," tambah Kapolres Belu.

Selain mencegah peredaran narkoba, orang nomor satu di Polres Belu mengatakan, razia ini dilaksanakan sebagai langkah pengawasan dan pengamanan internal terhadap personil Polres Belu.

"Sasaran dalam kegiatan razia ini bukan saja masyarakat umum tapi juga terhadap anggota polri yang berada di tempat hiburan malam (THM) tanpa dilengkapi surat tugas guna mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan dan penyalahgunaan wewenang yang dilakukan anggota polri," ujar Kapolres Belu.

Diakhir kata, Kapolres Belu menjelaskan bahwa, saat pemeriksaan dilakukan tidak ditemukan satupun anggota Polri yang berkunjung ke tempat tersebut. 

"Untuk kegiatan razia di tempat hiburan malam akan terus kita lakukan secara mendadak guna menekan pelanggaran anggota Polri khususnya anggota Polres Belu," tuturnya.

Untuk diketahui, operasi penyakit masyarakat (Pekat) Turangga 2025, selama 15 hari, terhitung sejak tanggal 15 s/d 29 Mei 2025.

Selain itu, Operasi ini bertujuan menciptakan situasi kamtibmas yang aman dan nyaman bagi seluruh masyarakat dengan menekan sekaligus melakukan penegakan hukum terhadap tindak kriminal dan penyakit-penyakit sosial masyarakat seperti ; pemerasan, pungutan liar, pengancaman, pengrusakan fasilitas umum, pengeroyokan, penganiayaan, penghasutan, pencemaran nama baik,narkoba, judi online, prostitusi, penyelundupan serta kriminalitas lainnya.
