TTS. Spektrum-ntt.com || Rombongan Pansus LKPJ Bupati TTS Melakukan Konsultasi Terkait Temuan Pansus LKPJ Tahun 2019, di Kantor Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) NTT di Kupang, Rabu 21/04/2021.

Rombongan Pansus dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD TTS, Yusuf Nikolas Soru A.md Par.SE, Ketua Pansus Marthen Tualaka SH.MH, Wakil Ketua Pansus, Uksam Selan S.Pi, bersama Anggota Pansus Hendrik Babys, Yupik Boimau, Semuel D.Y.Sanam, Marliana Lakapu, Mel Bana, Jason Benu, Askenas Gomer Afi, Pitersius Kefi dan Habel Hotti.

Ketua Pansus pada kesempatan tersebut menyampaikan bahwa ada sejumlah kegiatan yang menjadi temuan pansus LKPJ tahun 2020.

Hal tersebut kemudian dijadikan catatan dan rekomedasi yang sudah diserahkan kepada Bupati namun belum dilakukan.

Rekomendasi dan catatan strategis juga sudah dikonsultasikan ke Inspektorat Provinsi NTT.

“Pansus tahun lalu melakukan uji petik lapangan terhadap pekerjaan beberapa kegiatan fisik. Kami melihat ada kegiatan yang tidak sesuai karna itu sebelum ada rekomendasi lagi kami perlu konsultasi dengan APH, apakah perlu langsung melaporkan jika potensi ada kerugaian negara”, tanya Marthen.

Lanjut Marthen Tualaka mengatakan, sebagai wakil rakyat pihaknya tidak main-main karena hal ini merupakan fungsi pengawasan DPR

“Kami konsultasikan karena sudah ada rekomendasi namun belum dilakukan Pemda”, ujar ketua Komisi IV DPRD TTS ini.

Sementara itu Wakil Ketua Pansus, Uksam Selan minta agar Kejati NTT ambil alih kasus internet desa di TTS.

“Tanpa mengurangi rasa hormat terhadap Kejaksaan Negeri Soe, kami minta Kejati ambil alih kasus internet desa”, tegas Uksam.

Wakajati Rudi Markono yang didampingi KTU Anton Londa dan sejumlah pejabat Kejati mengatakan setiap laporan harus berprinsip pada asas praduga tak bersalah.

Dikatakan Rudi Markono, DPR dan pemerintah adalah mitra karena itu perlu ada upaya represif. Ia mengaku senang dengan adanya kunjungan untuk konsultasi.

“Kalo ada temuan,saya sarankan manfaatkan Aparatur Pengawasan Interen Pemerintah (APIP) sementara hal teknis bisa buat tim khusus untuk turun lapangan apakah ada kerugaian atau tidak. Kalau bisa temuan pansus harus libatkan tim teknis sehingga data-data akuntabel”,ujarnya.

Ia mengatakan tidak akan menghalanginya jika ada laporan masuk namun perlu dilengkapi dengan bukti-bukti yang akurat.
