Kota Kupang.Spektrum-ntt.com || Seorang petani asal Kelurahan Fatukoa, Kecamatan Maulafa, Kota Kupang, Yunus Lassa yang juga merupakan cucu dari almarhum Thomas Lasa melaporkan dugaan tindak pidana pemalsuan surat terkait pelepasan hak atas sebidang tanah warisan milik keluarganya.

Laporan tersebut diterima oleh Polresta Kupang Kota pada 18 April 2025, dengan nomor laporan LP/B/453/IV/2025/SPKT/POLRESTA KUPANG KOTA/POLDA NTT.

Dalam laporan itu, Yunus menyebutkan bahwa tanah milik kakeknya, almarhum Thomas Lasa, diduga telah dijual oleh seseorang bernama Johanismi menggunakan dokumen pelepasan hak yang tidak sah. Surat keterangan pelepasan hak tanah yang dipermasalahkan tercatat bernomor 337/CKB/XII/1993 dan disebut diterbitkan pada 11 Desember 1993 di Kantor Camat Kupang Barat.

"Padahal kakek saya, Bapak Thomas Lasa, sudah meninggal sejak tahun 1990. Tapi surat itu dibuat tiga tahun (1993, red) setelah beliau meninggal. Jelas-jelas tidak masuk akal," kata Yunus, seperti yang juga tertuang dalam laporan tersebut.

Menurut Yunus, setelah membuat surat pelepasan hak itu, Johanismi kemudian menjual tanah tersebut kepada seorang perempuan bernama Lil.

Adapun lokasi tanah yang disengketakan kini berada di wilayah Kelurahan Fatukoa, Kecamatan Maulafa, yang dulunya masuk wilayah administratif Kupang Barat.

Yunus menduga kuat telah terjadi pemalsuan dokumen sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 263 KUHP tentang pemalsuan surat.

Ia mengaku sebagai cucu kandung dari almarhum Thomas Lasa, pemilik sah tanah tersebut, dan merasa dirugikan atas transaksi yang disebutnya tidak berdasar. "Ini menyangkut hak waris keluarga kami. Kami minta keadilan ditegakkan," tegasnya.
