Spektrumntt.com || Debora Lende salah satu Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) dari Partai Solidaritas Indonesia (PSI), secara tegas membantah keterlibatannya dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pengelolaan Dana BOS (Bantuan Operasional Sekolah) di Yayasan Tunas Timur (Yatutim), Kabupaten Sumba Barat. Dalam pernyataannya ia tegaskan bahwa itu fitnah dan tak mendasar, karena dirinya tidak punya jabatan structural di lembaga tersebut.

Hal itu disampaikan Debora Lende, sesuai dirinya memenuhi undangan klarifikasi Kejari Sumba Barat terkait kasus tersebut, pada Senin, 02 Juni 2025.

“Saya tidak punya posisi struktural di yayasan, apalagi sampai mengatur Dapodik dan Arkas. Saya bahkan belum pernah melihat langsung sistem itu. Isu bahwa saya adalah otak operasionalnya sangat tidak berdasar,” tandas Debora.

Menurut Debora, akta notaris Yatutim yang telah diserahkan ke Kejari Sumba Barat pada pekan lalu juga dengan sendirinya menegaskan, tidak adanya sangkut paut dirinya dalam kepengurusan yayasan tersebut, apalagi dana tersebut. 

Menanggapi pemberitaan media yang menyebutnya pasif dan tidak responsif, Debora menjelaskan bahwa sikap diamnya adalah bentuk penghormatan terhadap jalannya proses hukum.

“Saya tahu posisi saya sebagai anggota dewan mendapat sorotan. Tapi saya tidak ingin mengintervensi proses hukum. Saya percaya aparat penegak hukum akan bekerja secara profesional,” ujarnya.

Namun, Debora juga menegaskan bahwa sebagai warga negara, dirinya berhak memberikan klarifikasi atas tuduhan sepihak yang telah menyebar di publik.

Debora pun berharap, proses penyelidikan ini murni dilakukan atas dasar hukum dan bebas dari tendensi politik atau motif pribadi.

“Saya kooperatif dan terbuka. Tapi saya berharap tidak ada muatan lain yang diselipkan. Biarkan proses hukum berjalan dan semoga semuanya segera selesai dengan jelas,” pungkasnya.

Debora menegaskan pula, bahwa kehadirannya memenuhi undangan klarifikasi dari Kejari Sumba Barat adalah bentuk dukungan penuh pada proses hukum kasus tersebut. 

Sebelumnya ia berhalangan, karena sedang menjalankan tugas luar kota. Namun bukan karena sengaja mangkir.

“Saya mendukung penuh proses hukum. Ketidakhadiran saya sebelumnya karena sedang bertugas di luar Sumba, bukan karena menghindar,” tegas Debora Lende usai dimintai keterangan.

Sementara itu, Kasipenkum Kejati NTT A.A Raka Putra Dharmana, S.H., M.H. menegaskan, bahwa proses saat ini masih dalam tahap penyelidikan (lidik), sehingga Debora hanya diundang untuk memberikan keterangan, bukan sebagai tersangka atau saksi dalam pemanggilan resmi.

“Masih sebatas permintaan keterangan. Bukan pemanggilan dalam konteks penyidikan,” ujarnya. ***
