TTS. Spektrum-ntt.com || Umat Islam di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Selatan (TTS) dikagetkan dengan adanya sebuah surat penting yang sangat berarti bagi kehidupan bermasyarakat di Kecamatan Amanuban Timur pada hari Jumat, 10 Desember 2021. 

Pemerintah Kab TTS melalui Badan Persatuan Bangsa dan Politik mengeluarkan surat penegasan untuk 3 tempat ibadah agar segera menurunkan simbol-simbol keagamaan di 3 bangunan musolah (Telukh, Ismail Pisan & Haunomaten) dalam waktu 2x 24 jam sejak diterimanya surat tersebut. 

Penegasan ini seolah-olah merupakan sebuah Putusan kuat yang sudah berkekuatan hukum tetap.

 Surat tersebut bahkan belum sampai ke tangan unsur-unsur terkait khususnya 3 pengurus rumah ibadah keluarga (musolah) yang terkait di (Telukh, Pisan, Haunomaten). 

Tetapi surat tersebut malah telah dipublikasikan oleh beberapa media masa di NTT.

Pemerintah harus bertanggung jawab jika surat itu benar dan telah bocor ke publik sebelum didistribusikan secara resmi oleh pihak-pihak terkait. Mengapa? Karena hal ini memperkeruh suasana kehidupan beragama di Kabupaten TTS. Seolah-olah pemerintah mefasilitasi oknum-oknum tersebut untuk mengakses arsip-arsip penting yang berpengaruh langsung dengan urusan agama yang sangat rentan untuk dijadikan bahan perpecahan. 

Jika surat itu benar adanya maka umat Islam merasa dikerdilkan, perihal aksi yang dilakukan oknum yang menanamakan diri Aliansi Umat Kristen Pencari Keadilan dan Kebenaran pada tanggal 07 Desember ditanggapi begitu cepat dengan keluarnya surat penegasan bupati tertanggal, Soe, 8 Desember 2021 dengan Kop Pemerintah Daerah Timor Tengah Selatan (Sekretariat Daerah), dengan nomor: Kesbangpol.18.03/33/XI/TTS/2021. Padahal jauh sebelumnya, perwakilan umat Islam melalui MUI Kecamatan Amanuban Timur telah mengedepankan perdamaian dengan mengirim surat yang dibawa sendiri dan bertemu dengan Bupati Timor Tengah Selatan pada tanggal 24 Agustus 2021. 

Adapun salah satu poin yang dituangkan dalam surat dan juga disampaikan secara lisan saat pertemuan adalah meminta pemerintah agar segera menghantikan sikap memecah belah kerukunan umat beragama di seluruh Kabupaten TTS terutama di Kecamatan Amanuban Timur yang dilakukan sekelompok oknum dengan cara menghasut orang lain untuk berbuat sesuatu yang inkonstitusi

 Poin ini menjadi penting mengingat pada tanggal 15 Juli 2021 telah terjadi Tindakan kekerasan, pengrusakan, dan ujaran kebencian kepada marga tertentu dan agama Islam di lokasi pembangunan rumah ibadah keluarga (musollah) di Rt. 01 Rw. 01 Dusun Oe uisneno, Desa Telukh. Pada saat yang bersamaan pengurus pembangunan rumah ibadah keluarga (musollah) tersebut sedang mengikuti rapat klarifikasi Bersama tim dari kecamatan Amanuban Timur dan tim Kabupaten. 

Selama ini, surat kesepakatan yang selalu dijadikan alasan oleh beberapa oknum untuk menyerang pihak umat Islam pun belum dipegang oleh yang bersangkutan meskipun telah diminta berkali-kali. 

Alangkah lucunya, pihak yang ikut menandatangani berita acara yang dimaksud sampai detik ini tidak memegang fisik kesepakatan itu tetapi oknum-oknum lain malah telah memiliki dan dijadikan dasar untuk melakukan aksi-aksi. 

Bolehkah kami bertanya apakah ini sebuah keadilan di bumi Nusa Toleransi yang selalu dibangga-banggakan orang NTT. 

Terlepas dari aturan bersama dua meteri No. 9 & No.8 tahun 2006 tentang pedoman pelaksanaan tugas kepala daerah, wakil kepala daerah dalam pemeliharaan kerukunan umat beragama, pemberdayaan, FKB, dan Pendirian Rumah Ibadah, memfasilitasi adanya musyawarah yang dilakukan secara adil dan tidak memihak dalam hal penyelesaian perselisihan sebagaimana dimaksud tidak tercapai, maka penyelesaian perselisihan dilakukan melalui pengadilan setempat. 

Sangat disayangkan surat penegasan dari Pemda terkait penurunan simbol keagamaan dalam waktu 2x24 jam. 

 Bukankah putusan dan instruksi ini harusnya dilakukan oleh pengadilan. Pemda Harusnya bertugas untuk memfasilitasi dialog-dialog antar kedua belah pihak. Padahal, sejauh ini masyarakat di sekitar lokasi pembangunan Mushola sangat tenang dalam urusan pembangunan karena terikat oleh pertalian darah, suku, dan rasa kemanusiaan yang begitu baik sebagai atoin meto.

 Adapun permaslahan timbul lantaran perbedaan pemahaman terkait masjid dan musollah. Musollah sebagai rumah ibadah keluarga tentu harus digunakan untuk solat, mengaji dan ibadah yang lain. Hal ini yang perlu diluruskan dalam musyawarah-musyawarah bersama yang adil dan itu diharapkan dapat dilakukan pemerintah daerah secara maksimal. 

Umat muslim masih sangat berharap, pemerintah dapat menjalankan fungsinya secara bijak, adil, dan independen dalam melihat permasalahan Mushola Telukh yang akhirnya diambil penegasan untuk 2 Mushola lain hanya karena 1 kali aksi yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum tertentu. Emhat mam talon fatu mese.
